本实用新型涉及照明设备领域，尤其涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
随着LED 技术的不断发展， LED 不仅应用于指示灯、背光源等特殊照明领域，并且作为白炽灯、节能灯的替代产品开始广泛地应用于各种普通照明领域。LED具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点，属于节能的绿色环保照明，因此以LED 为光源的LED 灯也不断涌现，但现有的LED 灯是直接在塑料外壳中安装LED 光源，这种方式的LED灯会产生大量热量，并且由于散热效果差，导致光效低和寿命短，无法满足正常照明的需要。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有LED灯散热效果差、使用寿命短等问题，本实用新型提供了一种LED球泡。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种LED球泡，灯帽与上塑件连接，上塑件下方安装下塑件，下塑件上安装PCB电路板，LED与PCB电路板连接，LED外部设有外壳，外壳固定于下塑件上。
所述PCB电路板和LED之间设有金属基板。
本实用新型的LED球泡，在电路板和LED之间增加了散热金属基板，能有效散热，延长了LED的使用寿命；并且能适应宽电压要求，无频闪，对电网无污染，绿色环保节能；发光效率高 ，发热量小。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的LED球泡结构如图1所示，灯帽1与上塑件2连接，上塑件2下方安装下塑件3，上塑件2和下塑件3用塑料制成，起到绝缘的作用。下塑件3上安装PCB电路板4，LED 7与PCB电路板4连接，LED 7通过PCB电路板4供电，LED 7外部设有外壳5，外壳采用玻璃制成，外壳5固定于下塑件3边缘处，PCB电路板4和LED 7之间设有金属基板6，金属基板6用于散热。
采用上述结构，在PCB电路板4和LED 7之间增加了散热金属基板6，能有效散热，延长了LED的使用寿命；并且本实用新型的LED球泡能适应宽电压要求，无频闪，对电网无污染，绿色环保节能；发光效率高 ，发热量小。

1.一种LED球泡，其特征在于：灯帽（1）与上塑件（2）连接，上塑件（2）下方安装下塑件（3），下塑件（3）上安装PCB电路板（4），LED（7）与PCB电路板（4）连接，LED（7）外部设有外壳（5），外壳（5）固定于下塑件（3）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡，其特征在于：所述PCB电路板（4）和LED（7）之间设有金属基板（6）。
