本实用新型涉及阀门，尤其涉及一种截止阀。
背景技术
传统的截止阀具有流量小、压力大等特点，因而广泛应用于电站、石油、化工等行业。但是，由于阀杆与阀瓣采用分体式结构，在长时间的高压状态下反复作用后，经常出现阀瓣松脱、变形等现象，从而导致密封不严，易发生生产事故。
实用新型内容
针对现有的截止阀的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的外螺纹截止阀。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
外螺纹截止阀，包括阀体和阀盖，阀体内设有与其锻造成一体的阀座，阀体内还设有与阀瓣成一体的阀杆，阀杆通过其外螺纹与阀盖的内螺纹连接，阀盖外侧设有锁紧螺母，阀杆外端设有手轮。
在阀盖与锁紧螺母之间由内向外依次设有填料垫、填料和填料压盖。
本实用新型的有益效果：安装、拆卸方便，连接紧固，密封性能好，安全可靠。

具体实施方式
外螺纹截止阀，包括阀体4和阀盖6，阀体4内设有与其锻造成一体的阀座，阀座耐磨性能大大提高，阀体4内还设有与阀瓣成一体的阀杆11，提高了阀瓣的刚度和强度，实现了阀瓣与阀座的良好密封。阀杆11通过其外螺纹与阀盖6的内螺纹连接，阀盖6外侧设有锁紧螺母10，阀杆11外端设有手轮12，操作方便、连接紧固。在阀盖6与锁紧螺母10之间由内向外依次设有填料垫7、填料8和填料压盖9，密封性好。本实用新型的有益效果：安装、拆卸方便，连接紧固，密封性能好，安全可靠。
