背景技术
聚氨酯企业生产过程中，为了减少投入，常常需要在同一反应釜生产不同型号产品，在此过程中需清洁反应釜。本实用新型做出之前，现有的清洗方式是在反应釜中注满水，开启搅拌，清洁半小时，最后把水放入污水池。其缺点是清洁所用工时长、效率低下，且浪费水源，增加污水处理的压力，不环保。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种清洁效率高、节约用水的反应釜清洁装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种反应釜清洁装置，所述反应釜内设置有搅拌浆，所述反应釜紧贴内壁上部设置有环状喷淋装置，所述喷淋装置的喷口对准反应釜内壁。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型反应釜清洁装置，每次清洁时只要打开喷淋装置的进水阀门，就可以很方便的把釜壁余料洗至出料口，料收集再回收，其清洁效率高，用水量少。

参见图1，本实用新型涉及的一种反应釜清洁装置，所述反应釜1内设置有搅拌浆2，所述反应釜1紧贴内壁上部设置有环状喷淋装置3，所述喷淋装置3 的喷口对准反应釜1内壁。
每次清洁时只要打开喷淋装置的进水阀门10分钟，就可以把釜壁余料洗至出料口，料收集再回收。
