本实用新型涉及电动机磁钢的固定装置,尤其是一种电动车用电机轮毂内圈中磁钢的固定结构。
背景技术
电机磁钢的安装固定对电机的正常运转非常重要,目前常用的电动自行车等车用电机轮毂内圈中磁钢的固定结构,是在轮毂内圈用胶水将磁钢间粘结。由于磁钢密集排布在轮毂内圈圆周上,相邻的磁钢由于极性相反存在相互吸引的情况,上述胶水粘结磁钢的结构最为简单、且成本低,但这种方法对磁钢的宽度尺寸要求很高,需要将磁钢一片挨一片地排布在自行车轮毂的内圈圆周上,不适合自动化生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,可提高电动自行车轮毂内圈安放磁钢效率的电动车用电机磁钢的固定结构。
本实用新型包括电动自行车轮毂和磁钢,所述轮毂内壁沿圆周方向设有磁钢固定带,所述磁钢固定带相对于轮毂内壁的另一侧设有与磁钢外形尺寸基本吻合的凹槽,磁钢被安装在所述的固定带凹槽内。
所述的磁钢固定带用胶水或胶贴剂固定在车轮轮毂内壁上,磁钢固定带采用塑料制成,由于塑料存在一定程度的形变可实现固定带内侧凹槽既能固定磁钢,又能避免固定带胀破。为增加磁钢在轮毂内壁的固定附着力,可在磁钢与固定带凹槽相接触处涂覆胶水或胶贴剂。
由于在轮毂内壁沿圆周方向增设有磁钢固定带,在固定带设有多个凹槽以放置磁钢,且一片磁钢对应固定带中的一凹槽,可实现自动化排布磁钢,提高工作效率。同时,由于固定带的隔离,不仅解决了相邻磁钢由于极性相异而相吸的问题;还节省了磁钢用量并降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出的实施例对本实用新型做出进一步描述:
本实用新型包括包括电动自行车轮毂1和磁钢3,所述轮毂1内壁沿圆周方向设有磁钢固定带2,固定带2的两端连接使固定带成为一完整的圆周。所述磁钢固定带2相对于轮毂内壁的另一侧设有与磁钢外形尺寸基本吻合的凹槽4,磁钢3被安装在所述的固定带凹槽4内。固定带2用胶水固定在车轮轮毂内壁上。磁钢与固定带凹槽相接触处涂覆胶水。固定带可采用塑料制成。凹槽4的深度与磁钢厚度大致相同。固定带凹槽(4)呈等间距排列,以适于自动化排布磁钢3。

1.一种电动车用电机磁钢的固定结构,包括电动自行车轮毂(1)和磁钢(3),其特征在于所述轮毂(1)内壁沿圆周方向设有磁钢固定带(2),所述磁钢固定带(2)相对于轮毂内壁的另一侧设有与磁钢(3)外形尺寸基本吻合的凹槽(4),磁钢(3)被安装在所述的固定带凹槽(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车用电机磁钢的固定结构,其特征在于磁钢固定带(2)用胶水或胶贴剂固定在车轮轮毂(1)的内壁上,磁钢固定带(2)采用塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的电动车用电机磁钢的固定结构,其特征在于磁钢(3)与固定带凹槽(4)相接触处涂覆胶水或者胶贴剂。
4.根据权利要求1或者2所述的电动车用电机磁钢的固定结构,其特征在于固定带凹槽(4)的深度与磁钢(3)厚度大致相当,固定带凹槽(4)呈等间距排列。
