背景技术
电力电缆是一种用于传输和分配电能的电缆。常用于城市地下电网、发电站的引出线路、工矿企业的内部供电及过江、过海的水下输电线等地方。在电力线路中,电缆所占的比重正逐渐增加。电力电缆是在电力***的主于线路中用以传输和分配大功率电能的电缆产品,其中包括1-500kV以及以上各种电压等级,各种绝缘的电力电缆。由于电力电缆一般埋设于土壤中或敷设于室内,沟道,隧道中,具有线间绝缘距离小,不用杆塔,占地少,受气候条件和周围环境影响小,传输性能稳定,可靠性高等优点,因此得到广泛应用。但是目前的电力电缆多采用铜作为线芯,成本较高,并且目前电力电缆的耐火性不是很好。 
发明内容
鉴于已有技术缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铜包铝芯云母带交联聚乙烯组合绝缘耐火电力电缆。 
本实用新型是由铜包铝线芯、耐火云母带、聚乙烯绝缘层、阻水填充层、阻燃包带、护套构成的;耐火云母带紧贴铜包铝线芯,在耐火云母带外为聚乙烯绝缘层,聚乙烯绝缘层和阻燃包带之间是阻水填充层,电缆的护套在最外层。 
     采用上述方案后,与现有电缆相比本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
1、本实用新型设计结构科学,符合特殊条件下使用的传输电缆的技术要求,具有耐火、防水、防潮,等特点。
2、本实用新型采用铜包铝做线芯成本低廉、操作安全、使用十分方便等特点。

1.铜包铝芯云母带交联聚乙烯组合绝缘耐火电力电缆,其特征在于:由铜包铝线芯、耐火云母带、聚乙烯绝缘层、阻水填充层、阻燃包带、护套构成的;耐火云母带紧贴铜包铝线芯,在耐火云母带外为聚乙烯绝缘层,聚乙烯绝缘层和阻燃包带之间是阻水填充层,电缆的护套在最外层。
