4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***
技术领域
本实用新型属于电梯领域,尤其涉及电梯的曳引***,具体地说,涉及4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***设计。 
背景技术
对于4:1曳引的小机房载货电梯,已有的曳引***设计见图1。如图1所示,包含侧导轮1、对重轮2、曳引轮3、曳引绳4、对重体5、轿顶轮6、轿厢7,所述的曳引绳4一端依次经由曳引轮3、轿顶轮6、侧导轮1至固定绳头M;所述的曳引绳4的另一端依次经由曳引轮3、对重轮2、侧导轮1至固定绳头N。 
本设计的缺陷在于:(1)所述的曳引轮3的直径通常小于轿顶轮6至对重轮2的距离,这会导致轿顶轮6至曳引轮3之间的曳引绳4倾斜,不利于电梯的安装和运行;(2)由于轿顶轮6至曳引轮3之间的曳引绳4倾斜,随着轿厢7的上下运行,该段曳引绳4的倾斜角度会发生变化,引起曳引力变化,且当轿厢侧绳头M定位不够准确时,轿厢7会因为两侧曳引绳的拉力的水平分量不相等而出现跑偏的现象,这样将导致单边导靴非正常磨损。 
发明内容
针对当前技术的不足之处,本实用新型特提出一种新的曳引***设计方案,即4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***。 
4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***,包含侧导轮1、对重轮2、曳引轮3、曳引绳4、对重体5、轿顶轮6、轿厢7,还包含导向轮3A, 所述的导向轮3A位于所述的曳引轮3和所述的轿顶轮6之间,曳引绳4一端依次经由曳引轮3、导向轮3A、轿顶轮6、侧导轮1至固定绳头M;所述的曳引绳4的另一端依次经由曳引轮3、对重轮2、侧导轮1至固定绳头N。 
为了实现本实用新型的发明目的,达成小机房电梯,本实用新型的曳引轮3由永磁同步无齿轮曳引机驱动,该永磁同步无齿轮曳引机通常应用在载人电梯中,在货梯中,尤其是大吨位载货电梯中没有应用,因其属于电梯尤其是载人电梯中的通用组件,故不再赘述,在本说明书附图中也没有示出。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型是在轿顶轮6至曳引轮3之间增加导向轮3A,使导向轮3A与轿顶轮6之间的曳引绳4垂直,随着轿厢7的上下运行,曳引包角固定不变,以便于电梯的安装和曳引力的设计计算,也解决了跑偏和单边导靴非正常磨损的问题。 
由于上述有益效果,本实用新型广泛应用于4:1曳引电梯中。

如图2所示,4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***设计,包含侧导轮1、对重轮2、曳引轮3、导向轮3A、曳引绳4、对重体5、轿顶轮6、轿厢7,导向轮3A位于所述的曳引轮3和所述的轿顶轮6之间,曳引绳4一端依次经由曳引轮3、导向轮3A、轿顶轮6、侧导轮1至固定绳头M;所述的曳引绳4的另一端依次经由曳引轮3、对重轮2、侧导轮1至固定绳头N。 
图2中的类似于“接地”标志的是为固定绳头,图中有2处固定绳头,分别标称为M和N,由于是电梯的通用设置,不再详细说明。 
曳引***的动力装置是为永磁同步无齿轮曳引机驱动,非本实用新型发明要点,图2中没有示出,也不再详细说明。 
关于本实用新型的有益效果及使用场合,基本同前述说明,故不再赘述。

1.4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***,包含侧导轮(1)、对重轮(2)、曳引轮(3)、曳引绳(4)对重体(5)、轿顶轮(6)、轿厢(7),其特征在于:还包含导向轮(3A),所述的导向轮(3A)位于所述的曳引轮(3)和所述的轿顶轮(6)之间,所述的曳引绳(4)一端依次经由曳引轮(3)、导向轮(3A)、轿顶轮(6)、侧导轮(1)至固定绳头M;所述的曳引绳(4)的另一端依次经由曳引轮(3)、对重轮(2)、侧导轮(1)至固定绳头N。
2.根据权利要求1所述的4:1小机房载货电梯的曳引***,其特征在于:所述的曳引轮(3)由永磁同步无齿轮曳引机驱动。
