本实用新型涉及冲压模具领域，尤其是一种快速修模模柄。
背景技术
目前，小型冲压复合模具固定一般采用模柄形式，模柄结构为台阶型圆柱，与上模座、上模柄孔配合，但是，薄材复合模具由于配合精度要求高，一般上模凹模板不轻易拆卸，生产过程中由于刀口磨损，凹模板必须磨床加工修整，由于模柄在上模座中是固定的，且磨床加工好后还需装配，不便加工，必须拆模，经常拆装模即影响模具配合精度，又浪费时间，给生产带来很大不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有模柄的技术不足，提供了一种新型模柄结构，不拆模就能对凹模板刀口磨床进行加工，避免了不必要的拆装模具，为生产节省了修模时间。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种修模模柄，是由台阶模柄、上模座、固定螺丝和凹模板相连接安装组成，台阶模柄由固定螺丝固定在上模座上，模柄为圆柱台阶模柄，当凹模板刀口修整时，将台阶模柄的固定螺丝取下，拆下台阶模柄，整个上模放在磨床上对凹模板刀口进行修整，对上模整体进行磨床加工，修整后再将台阶模柄装到模座上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：一种修模模柄，提供了一种不拆模就能对凹模板刀口磨床进行加工，对上模整体进行磨床加工，避免了不必要的拆装模具，节省了修模时间，避免了因多次拆装模具造成的模具精度下降。

具体实施方式
在图中，当凹模板(4)刀口修整时，将台阶模柄(1)的固定螺丝(3)取下，拆下台阶模柄(1)，将整个上模放在磨床上对凹模板(4)刀口进行修整，修整后再将台阶模柄(1)通过固定螺丝(3)装到上模座(2)上即可。

1.一种修模模柄，是由台阶模柄、上模座、固定螺丝和凹模板相连接安装组成，其特征是：台阶模柄由固定螺丝固定在上模座上。
