背景技术
CN1266155Y、名称“一种塑料给水管”, 其管体具有内管层和外管层,内管层套置于外管层之内,其特征是所述外管层由聚氯乙烯塑料制成,内管层由聚烯烃类塑料制成。本实用新型给水管的聚氯乙烯外管层可以保证管材具有较高的强度、刚性和耐候性,其内管层则可确保水质不被污染。本实用新型给水管的制造成本比铝塑复合管低且适宜于制成63~315mm的大口径管材。本实用新型给水管可以方便地采用粘接方式实现连接,从而可有效地避免连接处发生的渗漏。其不足之处:耐压强度低,并且在同等耐压情况下,其制造成本非常高。

设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既满足给水卫生标准,又具有耐压强度高的一种300-4000mm给水缠绕双灵管。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。给水管由内层与外层间置有玻璃纤维塑混合层的设计,是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:由于玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高的特点,它与PE塑料混合所成型的芯层,经测试:不仅机械强度高,而且耐压性能非常高,是PE耐压性能的10倍以上,因此将其作为给水管芯层,对内可以有效地承受来自内层(管内)的水压,对外可以承受外界的压力,确保给水管不变形、不损坏。
技术方案:一种300-4000mm给水缠绕双灵管,它包括给水管,所述给水管由内层、芯层和外层复合构成,内层和外层均为纯PE塑料层,芯层为玻璃纤维塑混合层。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1-3。一种300-4000mm给水缠绕双灵管,它包括给水管,所述给水管由内层1、芯层2和外层3复合构成,内层1和外层3均为纯PE塑料层,芯层2为玻璃纤维塑混合层。所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由30%-50%的玻璃纤维与70%-50%PE塑料混合挤出成型,但不局限于此比例的配合,可根据实际需要进行调整。所述给水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。其制作方法:先将塑料挤出机挤出的PE塑料条致密无泄露地缠绕在芯模上且构成给水管内层,然后将玻璃纤维混合料通过塑料挤出机挤出条状混合料致密无泄露地缠绕在给水管PE内层且构成给水管芯层,再将塑料挤出机挤出的PE塑料条致密无泄露地缠绕在芯模上且构成给水管外层,最后给水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。
实施例1-1:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由30%的玻璃纤维与70%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
实施例1-2:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由50%的玻璃纤维与50%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
实施例1-3:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由40%的玻璃纤维与60%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
