Abstract
本实用新型属于太阳能光伏领域,尤其是角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***。它包括连接座以及固定在连接座上的用于光伏组件安装的C型钢,连接座包括用于连接C型钢的固定座夹块以及辅助夹块,固定座夹块与辅助夹块通过调节部件连接,固定座夹块上设有支撑孔,辅助夹块端部设在支撑孔内,固定座夹块设为L型,其一边端部弯折形成一个三角形凹口,辅助夹块成折型,辅助夹块内侧设有夹持片,夹持片、三角形凹口以及夹持片与调节部件以下的辅助夹块部分组成菱形彩钢瓦的夹持空间。本实用新型的优点在于结构简单实用,能很好的将太阳能光伏组件固定在各种菱形屋面彩钢瓦上,牢固且稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能光伏领域,尤其是角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***。
背景技术
目前太阳能光伏组件应用非常广泛,尤其是在中国,光伏组件逐渐的应用到各个领域中。
现在许多建筑物都在利用太阳能发电,这就需要将光伏组件安装在建筑物上,通常的做法是将太阳能光伏组件固定在屋顶,通过面积较大的屋顶来设置光伏组件,从而来吸收太阳能发电。一般大面积的屋顶的建筑物采用彩钢瓦作为屋顶,彩钢瓦的形状多种,但是均无法直接将光伏组件固定在建筑物屋顶的彩钢瓦上,尤其是在菱形彩钢瓦上如何固定光伏组件,是困扰众人的难题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对菱形彩钢瓦无法固定光伏组件的问题,提出一种在菱形彩钢瓦上固定光伏组件的角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下:
角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***,它包括连接座以及固定在连接座上的用于光伏组件安装的C型钢,连接座包括用于连接C型钢的固定座夹块以及辅助夹块,固定座夹块与辅助夹块通过调节部件连接,固定座夹块上设有支撑孔,辅助夹块端部设在支撑孔内,固定座夹块设为L型,其一边端部弯折形成一个三角形凹口,辅助夹块成折型,辅助夹块内侧设有夹持片,夹持片、三角形凹口以及夹持片与调节部件以下的辅助夹块部分组成菱形彩钢瓦的夹持空间。
通过夹持空间放置菱形彩钢瓦,连接座与C型钢通过螺栓固定,然后将太阳能组件固定在C型钢上,通过调节部件调节固定座夹块以及辅助夹块之间的间距来达到固定在不同的菱形彩钢瓦上的目的,通过三角形凹口以及夹持片住菱形彩钢瓦,将调节部件紧固后,连接座就固定在彩钢瓦上了。
所述的调节部件为调节螺栓和螺母,调节螺栓穿过固定座夹块以及辅助夹块与螺母连接。采用调节螺栓以及螺母组成的调节部件,使得成本低,调节方便快捷。
所述的C型钢两个侧边端部向内弯折,并在顶部形成平面,向内弯折的端面上设有若干摩擦齿。C型钢顶部平面增大C型钢与光伏组件之间的接触面积,摩擦齿增大与光伏组件的连接摩擦系数。
本实用新型的优点在于结构简单实用,能很好的将太阳能光伏组件固定在各种菱形屋面彩钢瓦上,牢固且稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2图3、图4所示,角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***,它包括连接座以及固定在连接座的安装孔2c上的用于光伏组件安装的C型钢1,连接座包括用于连接C型钢1的固定座夹块2以及辅助夹块3,固定座夹块2与辅助夹块3通过调节部件连接,固定座夹块2上设有支撑孔2a,一般为两个支撑孔2a,辅助夹块3端部设有与支撑孔2a数量相等且配合的支撑块3a,支撑块3a设有设在支撑孔2a内,固定座夹块2设为两边垂直设置的L型夹块,其与彩钢瓦6配合的一边端部弯折形成一个三角形凹口2b,辅助夹块3设成折型,它是由一块直块在大致四分之一部分折成钝角而形成,辅助夹块3内侧在弯折下部设有夹持片3b,夹持片3b、三角形凹口2b以及夹持片3与调节部件以下的辅助夹块部分3c组成菱形彩钢瓦6的夹持空间4。
通过夹持空间放置菱形彩钢瓦,连接座与C型钢通过螺栓固定,然后将太阳能组件固定在C型钢上,通过调节部件调节固定座夹块以及辅助夹块之间的间距来达到固定在不同的菱形彩钢瓦上的目的,通过三角形凹口以及夹持片住菱形彩钢瓦,将调节部件紧固后,连接座就固定在彩钢瓦上了。
其中,调节部件为调节螺栓5和螺母5a,调节螺栓5穿过固定座夹块2以及辅助夹块3与螺母5a连接。采用调节螺栓以及螺母组成的调节部件,使得成本低,调节方便快捷。
其中,C型钢1两个侧边端部向内弯折,并在顶部形成平面1a,向内弯折的端面上设有若干摩擦齿1b。C型钢1顶部平面1a增大C型钢与光伏组件之间的接触面积,摩擦齿1b增大与光伏组件的连接摩擦系数。

1.角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***,其特征在于:它包括连接座以及固定在连接座上的用于光伏组件安装的C型钢,连接座包括用于连接C型钢的固定座夹块以及辅助夹块,固定座夹块与辅助夹块通过调节部件连接,固定座夹块上设有支撑孔,辅助夹块端部设在支撑孔内,固定座夹块设为L型,其一边端部弯折形成一个三角形凹口,辅助夹块成折型,辅助夹块内侧设有夹持片,夹持片、三角形凹口以及夹持片与调节部件以下的辅助夹块部分组成菱形彩钢瓦的夹持空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***,其特征在于:所述的调节部件为调节螺栓和螺母,调节螺栓穿过固定座夹块以及辅助夹块与螺母连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的角驰III型彩钢瓦屋面光伏支架***,其特征在于:所述的C型钢两个侧边端部向内弯折,并在顶部形成平面,向内弯折的端面上设有若干摩擦齿。
