本实用新型公开了一种后桥桥壳,尤其是一种三段式微车后桥桥壳。本实用新型提供了一种加强焊缝处强度的微车后桥桥壳,包括后桥油箱总成、焊接在后桥油箱总成两端的半轴套管,还包括后桥壳加强块,所述后桥桥壳加强块连接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上。利用后桥壳加强块连接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上,可以辅助连接后桥油箱总成与半轴套管,这就使得后桥油箱总成与半轴套管连接的强度增加,从而防止连接处的环形焊缝变形以及疲劳断裂。后桥壳加强块可以设置U形槽,从而方便与圆形的后桥油箱总成以及半轴套管的贴合匹配。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种后桥桥壳,尤其是一种三段式微车后桥桥壳。 
背景技术
对于传统的微车三段式桥壳,其半轴套管与后桥油箱总成均通过环状焊缝连接,由于焊接的强度不够稳定,在长期重载、超载情况下,桥壳容易变形,使得后桥在传动过程中各零件的正常工作条件发生改变,这样容易出现行星齿轮、半轴齿轮异响、齿轮烧蚀、齿轮轴折断等现象,还有桥壳弯曲后,半轴轴承的内外圈将形成较大的夹角,在高速状态下温度会急速上升,造成轴承异常磨损,使用寿命降低,半轴油封漏油等故障。这些故障均与环状焊缝处变形甚至疲劳断裂有直接关系,因此,提高后桥桥壳的刚度和强度就至关重要。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种加强焊缝处强度和提高整个桥壳刚度的的微车后桥桥壳。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的微车后桥桥壳,包括后桥油箱总成、焊接在后桥油箱总成两端的半轴套管,还包括后桥壳加强块,所述后桥桥壳加强块连接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上。 
进一步的是,后桥壳加强块上设置有U形槽,所述U形槽套设在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管焊接处。 
进一步的是,后桥壳加强块焊接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上。 
进一步的是,后桥壳加强块分段焊接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上。以此减少焊接应力集中。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用后桥壳加强块连接在后桥油箱总成与半轴套管上,可以辅助连接后桥油箱总成与半轴套管,这就使得后桥油箱总成与半轴套管连接的强度增加,从而防止连接处的环形焊缝变形甚至疲劳断裂。后桥壳加强块可以设置U形槽,从而方便与圆形的后桥油箱总成以及半轴套管的贴合匹配。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括后桥油箱总成3、焊接在后桥油箱总成3两端的半轴套管1,还包括后桥壳加强块2,所述后桥壳加强块2连接在后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1上。由于后桥油箱总成3通常连接有两个半轴套管1,因此,后桥壳加强块2通常选用两个,分别安装在两处半轴套管1与后桥油箱总成3的焊接处。后桥壳加强块2通过焊接连接在后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1上,实施分段焊接,减少焊接应力。后桥壳加强块2可以设置为各种形状,由此可以辅助连接后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1,增强后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1之间的连接强度和刚度,提高桥壳的扭转疲劳强度,因此可以有效的防止后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1的环状焊缝位置的变形以及疲劳开裂,从而增加了整个微车后桥桥壳的使用寿命。 
为了便于安装后桥壳加强块2,如图3所示,后桥壳加强块2上设置有U形槽21,所述U形槽21套设在后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1焊接处。后桥油箱总成3与半轴套管1通常呈圆形,采用U形槽21的后桥壳加强块2可以更好的贴合,后桥壳加强块2的受力更加均匀,避免出现应力集中;在安装时定位也容易,因此安装更加方便。

1.微车后桥桥壳,包括后桥油箱总成(3)、焊接在后桥油箱总成(3)两端的半轴套管(1)以及半轴套管法兰,其特征在于:还包括后桥壳加强块(2),所述后桥壳加强块(2)连接在后桥油箱总成(3)与半轴套管(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的微车后桥桥壳,其特征在于:所述后桥壳加强块(2)上设置有U形槽(21),所述U形槽(21)套设在后桥油箱总成(3)与半轴套管(1)焊接处。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的微车后桥桥壳,其特征在于:所述后桥壳加强块(2)焊接在后桥油箱总成(3)与半轴套管(1)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的微车后桥桥壳,其特征在于:所述后桥壳加强块(2)分段焊接在后桥油箱总成(3)与半轴套管(1)上。
