Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,包括保温层、电磁感应线圈和测温元件,保温层分段缠绕在料筒外,电磁感应线圈绕在保温层外,测温元件设于裸露料筒上,还包括用于冷却料筒的冷却***和控制器,控制器一端与螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件相连,另一端与电磁感应线圈和冷却***相连。螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件检测信号反馈到控制器,控制冷却***、电磁感应线圈的工作。本实用新型实现了塑料加工中温度的精确控制和剪切热的最大利用,比传统的电阻式加热节电90%以上,比现有的电磁加热装置节电50%。

塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出设备加热装置,具体说,一种用于塑料拉丝、造粒、吹膜等有剪切热存在的塑料挤出机风冷式电磁加热装置。 
背景技术
塑料工业是发展很快的一个材料工业,塑料制品广泛用于工、农业生产和生活中,挤出设备是塑料加工的主要设备,塑料制品生产过程需要进行加热,现有塑料挤出设备电加热器有电阻式加热器和电磁式加热器两种,为了解决电阻式加热器缺点,中国CN2774753Y公开了一种“塑料、橡胶设备电磁加热装置,”该装置包括料斗,料斗上设置有送料管,送料管的中心是螺杆,在送料管的未端设置有模头,其特征在于:在送料管外对称设置有半圆形石棉壳体,在石棉壳体内缠绕有激磁线圈,激磁线圈的轴线与料管的轴线相垂直;在模头上设置有石棉壳体,在石棉壳体上设置有激磁线圈,所述激磁线圈的轴线垂直于模头平面。塑料挤出生产中工艺温度需要恒定,为稳定工艺温度加热装置处于加热和冷却的交替工作状态中,现有电磁加热装置无专门冷却***,在塑料加热过程中,因温度测量的滞后性,容易造成温度过高,影响产品质量。其次,这种装置在塑料挤出过程中不断补充热量,造成电能浪费。同时,由于上述装置不停进行加热、停止加热的交替工作,影响了该装置的使用寿命,导致故障率高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有电磁加热装置在塑料挤出过程中,始终处于加热和停止加热的交替工作中,引起用电多、装置寿命短、故障多以及上述装置没有专门冷却***造成温度控制精度差,影响生产稳定,导致产品质量下降的问题。 
塑料挤出过程中需保持恒定的工艺温度,低于设定温度外加热启动工作,高于设定温度外加热停止工作,但由螺杆在旋转过程中对物料压延、摩擦、剪切产生的剪切热却被人们忽视,在塑料挤出过程中,螺杆处于旋转状态下,现有的电磁加热装置处于加热和停止加热的交替工作中,剪切热没有得到合理应用。本实用新型通过控制器合理处理塑料生产过程中外加热、剪切热和冷却系 用。本实用新型通过控制器合理处理塑料生产过程中外加热、剪切热和冷却***三者之间的工作关系,科学利用剪切热,即在电磁加热保温后热损失小的基础上,提供一种料筒预热过程利用电磁加热;料筒挤出过程利用剪切热;冷却采用风冷式降温的工作方式,大幅提高***节电率和温度控制精度。 
本实用新型通过以下措施来实现: 
一种塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,包括保温层、电磁感应线圈和测温元件,保温层分段缠绕在料筒外,电磁感应线圈绕在保温层外,测温元件设于裸露料筒上,还包括用于冷却料筒的冷却***和控制器,控制器一端与螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件相连,另一端与电磁感应线圈和冷却***相连,螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件检测信号反馈到控制器,控制冷却***、电磁感应线圈的工作。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其控制器由RT电磁加热控制器和电气逻辑控制器组成,电磁感应线圈和RT电磁加热控制器相连,测温元件和螺杆电机状态检测元件接入电气逻辑控制器输入端,RT电磁加热控制器和冷却***接入电气逻辑控制器输出端。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其电气逻辑控制器为PLC可编程控制器或温控仪和逻辑电路组成的。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其冷却方式为风冷却方式,冷却***包括散热器和冷却风机,散热器成组设于料筒裸露处,冷却风机位于散热器下方,并和控制器相连。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其冷却方式还可为水冷方式,冷却***包括水套式散热器和电磁阀,水套式散热器套装在料筒裸露处或保温层下方,水套式散热器通过电磁阀和水路相连,电磁阀和电气逻辑控制器相连。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其冷却方式还可为油冷方式,冷却***包括管状散热器和油压阀,管状散热器盘绕在料筒裸露处或保温层下方,管状散热器通过油压阀和油路相连,油压阀和电气逻辑控制器相连。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其冷却风机与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其电磁阀与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。 
上述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其油压阀与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。 
本实用新型带来的有益效果是: 
本实用新型根据螺杆电机的运行状态决定电磁加热装置的工作,在电磁加热保温后热损失小的基础上,依据塑料挤出设备挤出中产生剪切热的特点,在螺杆停止时,利用电磁加热方式提供外部加热。在螺杆转动时,停止外部加热,利用螺杆剪切热的加热方式,节电率同比电阻式加热提高90%(见图6),节电率同比现有电磁加热提高50%,取得了意想不到的节电效果。由于塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置采用散热器,温度控制精度在±2℃以内。由于该装置只在螺杆不转时工作,所以使用寿命延长,维修率极低。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对发明技术方案做进一步说明。 
如图1、2所示,实施例1包括保温层4、电磁感应线圈5和测温元件3,保温层4分段缠绕在料筒10外,电磁感应线圈5绕在保温层4外,测温元件3设于裸露料筒10上,还包括用于冷却料筒10的冷却***和控制器,控制器一端与螺杆电机1状态检测元件和测温元件3相连,另一端与电磁感应线圈5和冷却***相连,控制器根据螺杆电机1状态检测信号和测温元件3信号控制冷却***和电磁感应线圈5的工作。控制器由RT电磁加热控制器8和电气逻辑控制器组成,电磁感应线圈5和RT电磁加热控制器8相连,测温元件3和螺杆电机1状态检测元件接入电气逻辑控制器输入端,RT电磁加热控制器8和冷却***接入电气逻辑控制器输出端。电气逻辑控制器7为PLC可编程控制器或温控仪和逻辑电路组成的。冷却***包括散热器2和冷却风机9,散热器成组设于料筒10裸露处,冷却风机9位于散热器2下方装于护罩6托架上,并和电气逻辑控制器相连。
如图3所示,实施例2与实施例1不同之处在于碟片式镂空散热片节省材料,用于剪切热导致超温不高的场所; 
如图4所示,实施例3与实施例1、2不同之处在于温度控制速度和精度优于实施例1、2,但对水质有特殊要求; 
如图5所示,实施例4与实施例1、2、3不同之处在于温度控制精度优于实施例3,但投资成本较高; 
上述RT电磁加热控制器可采用北京欧凯瑞公司生产的RT-5型机器,PLC可编程控制器可采用德国西门子公司S7-300系列机器,温控仪可采用香港上润仪表公司WPS系列仪表; 
参照图6本实验采用对比实验的方法,选用同厂家、同型号DT862-4型电度表两块,于2010年1月30日同时安装于13号电磁加热改造机台和14号电阻式加热未改造机台加热供电端进行测量,电度表起始读码为0,于2010年10月30日读取止码,其间两机台保持相同生产状态。 

Claims (9)

1.一种塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,包括保温层、电磁感应线圈和测温元件,保温层分段缠绕在料筒外,电磁感应线圈绕在保温层外,测温元件设于裸露料筒上,其特征在于,还包括用于冷却料筒的冷却***和控制器,控制器一端与螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件相连,另一端与电磁感应线圈和冷却***相连,螺杆电机状态检测元件和测温元件检测信号反馈到控制器,控制冷却***、电磁感应线圈的工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,控制器由RT电磁加热控制器和电气逻辑控制器组成,电磁感应线圈和RT电磁加热控制器相连,测温元件和螺杆电机状态检测元件接入电气逻辑控制器输入端,RT电磁加热控制器和冷却***接入电气逻辑控制器输出端。
3.根据权利要求2所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,电气逻辑控制器为PLC可编程控制器或温控仪和逻辑电路组成的。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,冷却方式为风冷却方式,冷却***包括散热器和冷却风机,散热器成组设于料筒裸露处,冷却风机位于散热器下方,并和控制器相连。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,冷却方式还可为水冷方式,冷却***包括水套式散热器和电磁阀,水套式散热器套装在料筒裸露处或保温层下方,水套式散热器通过电磁阀和水路相连,电磁阀和电气逻辑控制器相连。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,冷却方式还可为油冷方式,冷却***包括管状散热器和油压阀,管状散热器盘绕在料筒裸露处或保温层下方,管状散热器通过油压阀和油路相连,油压阀和电气逻辑控制器相连。
7.根据权利要求4所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,冷却风机与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。
8.根据权利要求5所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,电磁阀与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。
9.根据权利要求6所述塑料挤出设备风冷式电磁加热装置,其特征在于,油压阀与PLC可编程控制器或温控仪相连。
