背景技术
随着现代文明的进步,城市道路照明发展迅速,各种大功率节能路灯竞相问世,高压钠灯曾一度以较白炽灯显著节能的优势,覆盖了新一轮路灯市场,近年来LED照明光源技术的性能指标得到突飞猛进的提高,这种固态光源其发光效率高,显色性能好,响应速度快,使用寿命长,与高压钠灯相比,LED比其节能60%以上,可以预见,未来的路灯节能改造必然将以LED为主导,LED作为新一代光源应用于灯具时,主要需要处理好散热和配光两大问题。
目前,市场上已经出现了大功率LED路灯产品,利用大功率LED光源取代传统路灯的光源,除了要解决配光问题外,散热问题是LED路灯产品需要解决的一个关键问题。一般的LED路灯为了解决散热问题,散热结构设计较复杂、耗材多、结构笨重,并且其散热效果也不尽理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种LED路灯循环散热***,该路灯散热效率高,重量轻,且结构简单。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED路灯循环散热***,所述LED路灯包括灯壳、支撑柱、热板、LED灯及电源,所述灯壳固定在支撑柱上,所述热板固定于支撑柱下方,所述LED灯固定于热板下方,所述灯壳由蒸发板和若干蒸发管组成,若干蒸发管设于蒸发板外表面且蒸发管之间相互连通;所设灯壳内还设有一上升管,上升管一端与热板的一端密封连通,所述上升管另一端与蒸发板顶端的蒸发管密封连通;所述热板呈中空状,热板的另一端通过两根下降管与灯壳两侧的蒸发管密封连通,所述蒸发管、下降管、上升管和热板之间构成一封闭的散热循环回路,且散热循环回路中充有冷却介质,当开启LED灯后,冷却介质在热板中加热蒸发由上升管进入灯壳顶端,在灯壳外表面经过蒸发管冷却后由下降管重新进入热板,形成循环散热。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述蒸发管呈蛇形排列均匀分布于蒸发板外表面,蒸发管的蛇形分布有效增加了介质散热的效果,使介质冷却更充分。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该LED路灯将灯壳与内部结构中的灯板、上升管和下降管之间构成一散热循环回路,并在循环回路中充入冷却介质,有效的解决了LED路灯照明的散热问题,从而提高了路灯的使用寿命,同时该路灯散热效率高,重量轻,且结构简单。

实施例:一种LED路灯循环散热***,所述LED路灯包括灯壳1、支撑柱2、热板3、LED灯4及电源5,所述灯壳1固定在支撑柱2上,所述热板3固定于支撑柱2下方,所述LED灯固定于热板3下方,所述灯壳1由蒸发板11和若干蒸发管12组成,若干蒸发管12设于蒸发板11外表面且蒸发管之间相互连通;所设灯壳1内还设有一上升管7,上升管7一端与热板3的一端密封连通,所述上升管7另一端与蒸发板11顶端的蒸发管12密封连通;所述热板3呈中空状,热板3的另一端通过两根下降管6与灯壳1两侧的蒸发管12密封连通,所述蒸发管12、下降管6、上升管7和热板3之间构成一封闭的散热循环回路,且散热循环回路中充有冷却介质,当开启LED灯后,冷却介质在热板3中加热蒸发由上升管7进入灯壳1顶端,在灯壳1外表面经过蒸发管12冷却后由下降管6重新进入热板3,形成循环散热。
所述蒸发管12呈蛇形排列均匀分布于蒸发板11外表面。蒸发管12的蛇形分布有效增加了介质散热的效果,使介质冷却更充分。

1.一种LED路灯循环散热***,所述LED路灯包括灯壳(1)、支撑柱(2)、热板(3)、LED灯(4)及电源(5),所述灯壳(1)固定在支撑柱(2)上,所述热板(3)固定于支撑柱(2)下方,所述LED灯(4)固定于热板(3)下方,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)由蒸发板(11)和若干蒸发管(12)组成,若干蒸发管(12)设于蒸发板(11)外表面且蒸发管之间相互连通;所设灯壳(1)内还设有一上升管(7),所述上升管(7)一端与热板(3)的一端密封连通,上升管(7)另一端与蒸发板(11)顶端的蒸发管(12)密封连通;所述热板(3)呈中空状,热板(3)的另一端通过两根下降管(6)与灯壳(1)两侧的蒸发管(12)密封连通,所述蒸发管(12)、下降管(6)、上升管(7)和热板(3)之间构成一封闭的散热循环回路,且散热循环回路中充有冷却介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯循环散热***,其特征在于:所述蒸发管(12)呈蛇形排列均匀分布于蒸发板(11)外表面。
