本实用新型公开了一种极群气动入槽装置,其特征在于:包括支架、气缸、装卸板、压块,所述支架为门形,所述气缸设置在支架的横梁上,所述气缸的活塞杆上设有装卸板,所述装卸板上设有至少一个压块。本实用新型的优点是:一次可以同时将多个极群同时压入塑壳,提高了生产效率,一次调整好活塞行程,就可以保证每个电池的每个极群都能够压到壳内的同一深度,而且塑壳底部既不悬空也不过压。

本实用新型涉及一种极群气动入槽装置。
背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池生产过程中极群入槽多是手工将极群一个个单独压到塑壳内,具体操作是:先将极群底部***塑壳内,然后用一个方形木块或塑料块放在极群的正负汇流排上,再用一根木棍压在木块或塑料块上将极群压进塑壳,然后重复上述动作。效率十分低压,一次只能压一个,全凭操作人员的力气往下压,操作工时间越久力气越小,使得极群压的越浅,而且同一个电池入槽时用力大小不一样,导致极群底部隔板受力大小不一致,力大了极群底部隔板压断,力小了极群没有压到塑壳底部导致悬空,电池装车使用时会由于震动导致拉断极柱。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种极群气动入槽装置,能够有效解决目前将极群压入电池槽效率低下而且质量不易控制的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种极群气动入槽装置,其特征在于:包括支架、气缸、装卸板、压块,所述支架为门形,所述气缸设置在支架的横梁上,所述气缸的活塞杆上设有装卸板,所述装卸板上设有至少一个压块。
优选的,所述压块有三个;可以同时将三个极群压入塑壳。
优选的,所述支架底部还设有蓄电池定位块;方便电池槽定位,使压接更加快捷准确。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:一次可以同时将多个极群同时压入塑壳,提高了生产效率,一次调整好活塞行程,就可以保证每个电池的每个极群都能够压到壳内的同一深度,而且塑壳底部既不悬空也不过压。

参阅图1为本实用新型一种极群气动入槽装置的实施例,一种极群气动入槽装置,其特征在于:包括支架1、气缸2、装卸板3、压块4,所述支架1为门形,所述气缸2设置在支架1的横梁上,所述气缸2的活塞杆上设有装卸板3,所述装卸板3上设有三个压块4,所述支架1底部还设有蓄电池定位块5。
调整好气缸2活塞杆行程,将一个电池需要入槽的所有极群同时将底部***一部分到塑壳内,然后启动气缸2开关,利用压块4将所有极群同时压入塑壳,然后活塞杆连同压块4一起回收,重复上述动作进行下一次作业。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种极群气动入槽装置,其特征在于:所述支架(1)底部还设有蓄电池定位块(5)。
