背景技术
在浸出行业中，浸出器中的被浸出物料浸出完毕后料渣自动落入刮板输送机将含溶料渣输送至蒸脱机脱溶。这种落料方式经常造成：1落料不均匀，刮板输送机经常堵塞，电机超过规定电流，造成电机调停。2调停后刮板需要清掏，造成溶剂浪费和不安全因素。3由于料渣含有溶剂，运行一段时间后设备壳体就粘了很厚的料渣，减少了物料的通过面积，造成堵塞。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种浸出料渣输送装置，它可以快速、按量、均匀的将含溶剂的浸出料渣输送至蒸脱机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：料仓的底部有出渣口和布料器叶片，布料器叶片固定在立轴上，立轴通过减速器由变频电机驱动；所述出渣口的下方有刮板输送机。
本实用新型可直接将含溶剂的浸出料渣均匀落入刮板输送机内，其下料量的多少可由布料器转速来确定，既能准确定量给料，又完全杜绝了下料堵塞而烧坏电机情况发生，减少不必要的停车。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，安全可靠。

如图附图所示，料仓2的底部有出渣口8和布料器叶片4，布料器叶片4固定在立轴3上，立轴3通过减速器5由变频电机6驱动。所述出渣口8的下方有刮板输送机1。所述的刮板输送机1的底部有溶剂排出口，溶剂排出口上固定溶剂排出阀7。
