本实用新型公开了一种胶带输送机物料检测装置，包括呈门字形布置的机架，机架横跨安装在输送机的胶带上方，在机架的顶端横梁上可转动地配合套装着管箍，管箍底面上固接着一块竖直布置的挡板，挡板的下端靠近输送机的胶带工作面，管箍上部的一侧面上倾斜固接着一根杆体，在机架顶端的横梁一侧还设置着与PLC相连的接近开关，接近开关与所说的杆体相配合动作。本实用新型结构简单，当胶带输送机上有物料通过时，胶带输送机支架上安装的挡板，被物料推动，产生一定的位移，通过所说的杆体感应接近开关，给plc一个信号在微机上显示，实现物料检测，造价低廉，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种胶带输送机物料检测装置。
背景技术
目前大部分胶带输送机检测物料的方法，都是用一些仪器仪表设备，安装环境要求高、维护成本高、备件价格高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种胶带输送机物料检测装置，其结构简单，能够快速方便地对输送机胶带是否有物料通过进行检测，设备造价低廉，易于维护，使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种胶带输送机物料检测装置，包括呈门字形布置的机架，机架横跨安装在输送机的胶带上方，在机架的顶端横梁上可转动地配合套装着管箍，管箍底面上固接着一块竖直布置的挡板，挡板的下端靠近输送机的胶带工作面，管箍上部的一侧面上倾斜固接着一根杆体，在机架顶端的横梁一侧还设置着与PLC相连的接近开关，接近开关与所说的杆体相配合动作。
本实用新型结构简单，当胶带输送机上有物料通过时，胶带输送机支架上安装的挡板，被物料推动，产生一定的位移，通过所说的杆体感应接近开关，给PLC一个信号在微机上显示，实现物料检测，造价低廉，使用方便。

具体实施方式
一种胶带输送机物料检测装置，如图1所示，包括呈门字形布置的机架2，机架2横跨安装在输送机的胶带上方，在机架的顶端横梁上可转动地配合套装着管箍，管箍底面上固接着一块竖直布置的挡板1，挡板1为橡胶板或塑料板或铁板，挡板1的下端呈弧形。挡板1的下端靠近输送机的胶带工作面，管箍上部的一侧面上倾斜固接着一根杆体3，在机架顶端的横梁一侧还设置着与PLC相连的接近开关4，接近开关4与所说的杆体3相配合动作。本实用新型结构简单，当胶带输送机上有物料通过时，胶带输送机支架上安装的挡板1，被物料推动，产生一定的位移，通过所说的杆体3感应接近开关4，给PLC一个信号在微机上显示，实现物料检测，造价低廉，使用方便。

1.一种胶带输送机物料检测装置，包括呈门字形布置的机架，其特征是：机架横跨安装在输送机的胶带上方，在机架的顶端横梁上可转动地配合套装着管箍，管箍底面上固接着一块竖直布置的挡板，挡板的下端靠近输送机的胶带工作面，管箍上部的一侧面上倾斜固接着一根杆体，在机架顶端的横梁一侧还设置着与PLC相连的接近开关，接近开关与所说的杆体相配合动作。
