为克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双盒体上下推拉式烟盒，它包括两个独立的半开式盒体和一个与下盒体连接的盒盖，可以单盒体上下推拉的方式实现烟支的展示和拿取。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：

在滑槽结构中，可以有两种方式，即下盒体1的两侧边顶部设置滑槽，上盒体3的两侧边底部设置***所述滑槽的凸棱；或所述下盒体1的两侧边顶部设置凸棱，上盒体3的两侧边底部设置滑槽；上盒体或下盒体的滑槽中设有限位挡块，限制上盒体最大滑开范围。
本实用新型双盒上下推拉式烟盒是卷烟包装盒型上的新突破，改变了以往卷烟推拉式盒型大多以抽屉式为主要的开启方式，此盒型新奇有趣味，精致且方便烟支拿取和展示。能够实现卡纸及铝箔纸等原料的节约。

1.双盒体上下推拉式烟盒，包括下盒体(1)以及与下盒体的后侧边铰接的盒盖(2)，其特征是设置上盒体(3)，所述上盒体(3)以两侧边与下盒体形成滑槽配合，在所述下盒体(1)的前侧边以及盒盖的前侧边内壁设有相互吸合的磁力片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双盒体上下推拉式烟盒，其特征是所述下盒体(1)的两侧边顶部设置滑槽，上盒体(3)的两侧边底部设置***所述滑槽的凸棱；或所述下盒体(1)的两侧边顶部设置凸棱，上盒体(3)的两侧边底部设置滑槽；所述滑槽中设有限位挡块。
