背景技术    海难中众多落水者如不能及时救助，难免会有体力不支者溺亡，而数量有限的救生圈又不能人手一只，且远处人员无法抛送。因此，人手一只救生圈才有生命保障。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便的投掷水上快速充气救生浮装置，类似***榴弹，以火药产生的气体快速充盈橡胶球体变成救生球飘浮水面，用于对远处落水人员进行施救，它能解决救生圈轻浮抛不远，数量少缺点，对众多落水者短时间施救。本实用新型为***外形，其分为上下两部分。下部为手柄，内有拉水环、火药、隔火层，上半为弹体，里面有收缩橡胶球体，充气口和手柄隔火层相通。使用时拉掉拉火环投掷出去，落到水面上空，火药持续燃烧产生气体引发弹体轻微***，其产生的气体刚好把卷成团的收缩缩橡胶球体撑成圆球浮在水面。

具体实施方式    本实用新型以上下两分，下部分塑料手柄(1)，尾端有旋盖(2)，旋盖(2)内有拉火环(3)，手柄(1)内有火药(4)。上部为防水纸外壳(5)，弹体呈圆形， 和手柄(1)连为一体。壳内为收缩橡胶球体(6)，手柄(1)和橡胶球体(6)连接处是相通的，之间有隔火层(7)，便于气体充满橡胶球体(6)。使用时拉掉拉火环(3)后投向目标，延时引爆手柄中微量火药，产生的火药气体经隔火层(7)过滤火星后进入橡胶球体(6)后，快速撑开呈球状落入目标附近飘在水面。
根据相同结构，可改为枪榴弹、炮弹进行远程投掷。
