背景技术
B超检查时所用的耦合剂的作用主要是使超声探头与皮肤接触更密切。因为医用超声波不能在空气中传导。如果探头与皮肤中存在空气，超声波一遇到空气就返回，进不了人体内。在皮肤上先涂上一层耦合剂，就能消除探头与皮肤的空气。目前，临床上在给病人进行B超检查之前，需要先在***位涂抹耦合剂做介质，然后进行检查，这样操作十分麻烦、费时费力，给医务人员增加了工作量。

在给病人进行B超检查时，通过注射器向耦合剂筒上面的注液孔内注入耦合剂，将B超探头放置在病人需***位上，打开阀门，耦合剂即可自动从出液嘴流出，减少了医务人员的工作量。
