背景技术
变频电缆主要用于变频电源和变频电机之间连接用的电缆,现在使用的变频电缆抗电磁屏蔽性能不好,感应电抗值较大,不能很好的在变频电路中作为动力传输线。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗电磁屏蔽性能好,感应电抗值小的变频电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种变频电缆由内到外包括线芯、包带层、隔离层、导体接地层、护套,线芯由内到外包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层,导体接地层由多根细铜丝紧密排列组成,细铜丝缠绕在隔离层外。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述线芯有3根,按中心对称排列设置在包带层内。
本实用新型的有益效果是导体接地层不仅充当接地线,感应电抗小,而且还能作为屏蔽层,能与线芯上的屏蔽层构成双重屏蔽结构,使本实用新型具有抗电磁干扰、抗雷击和高次谐波的影响;3根线芯按中心对称分布使三相供电更加平衡,相线抗阻均匀而且较低,改善了供电品质。

如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种变频电缆,变频电缆包括线芯、包带层4、隔离层5、导体接地层6、护套7,线芯由内到外包括导体1、绝缘层2、屏蔽层3,线芯有三根,三根线芯按中心对称排列设置,包带层4包裹在三根线芯外,隔离层5、导体接地层6、护套7依次设置在包带层4外,导体接地层6由多根细铜丝紧密排列组成,细铜丝缠绕在隔离层5外,护套7包裹在导体接地层6外。

1.一种变频电缆,其特征在于:变频电缆由内到外包括线芯、包带层、隔离层、导体接地层、护套,线芯由内到外包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层,导体接地层由多根细铜丝紧密排列组成,细铜丝缠绕在隔离层外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变频电缆,其特征在于:所述线芯有3根,按中心对称排列设置在包带层内。
