背景技术
新型基础反向平衡法兰塔筒在国内已经开始推广,这就面临着现场吊装的问题,目前传统法兰塔筒的吊具已经不能满足其吊装要求,因基础反向平衡法兰的内部结构与传统法兰内部结构截然不同,传统法兰塔筒的吊具无法与基础反向平衡法兰塔筒配套吊装。从受力角度上讲,传统法兰的吊具无法承受反向平衡法兰塔筒吊装过程中受到的扭剪力,同时在吊起的过程中会因为受力角度不同而破坏塔筒壁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塔筒吊装过程中塔筒受力均匀,安装效率高的基础反向平衡法兰塔筒吊具。
技术解决方案:
本实用新型吊板上开有孔,吊板与底板焊接固定,底板底平面焊接有定位块,底板上对称设有螺栓孔。
吊板与底板之间设有加强筋。
本实用新型由于吊板与底板焊接固定,底板下平面塞焊定位块,基础反向平衡法兰塔筒卡在定位块外壁上,基础反向平衡法兰的内外加劲板的凸起部位与底板顶紧,底板与基础反向平衡法兰用螺栓连接,它既保证了与塔筒的配套吊装,同时也减小了塔筒在吊装过程中受到过大的拉力与剪应力,此种吊具设计新颖,外观独特,合理有效的解决基础反向平衡法兰塔筒吊装问题,提高了安装效率,降低了安装成本。

本实用新型吊板1上开有孔6,吊板1与底板2焊接固定,用加强筋4加强,底板1底平面焊接有定位块3,螺栓孔7对称设置于吊板1两侧的底板2上,反向平衡法兰筒节8内壁与定位块3卡紧,反向平衡法兰筒节8底面与底板2顶紧,反向平衡法兰加劲板9凸起部位与底板2顶紧,螺栓5通过底板2的螺栓孔7连接吊具底板2和反向平衡法兰板10,所述塔筒吊具底板2上的螺栓孔7与基础反向平衡法兰板10上的螺栓孔孔径、孔距相同。本实用新型单件使用。

1.基础反向平衡法兰塔筒吊具,包括,吊板(1)、底板(2),其特征在于,底板(2)底平面焊接有定位块(3),底板(2)上对称设有螺栓孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基础反向平衡法兰塔筒吊具,其特征在于,吊板(1)与底板(2)之间设有加强筋(4)。
