本实用新型涉及一种以废旧塑料为辅料、蚕桑木为主要原料加工成的桑木屑和塑料复合而成的复合板。
背景技术
近年来我国栽桑养蚕发展较快，仅江苏省桑园面积就达200万亩，江苏北部地区形成了栽桑养蚕及深加工为主导的特色支柱产业，在致富农民、建设***新农村等方面发挥了重大作用，栽桑养蚕，每年都将形成大量的桑木资源，然而这些资源大多没有很好利用，有的直接当作柴草使用，有的地方干脆任其自然腐烂，造成资源的极大浪费和环境污染。另一方面在木材加工行业，大量生产的复合板大多是贴面刨花板，这种贴面刨花板其耐水性、耐潮湿性能比较差，因此应用受到严重限制，加之刨花板在生产过程中需要加入大量甲醛类的胶贴剂，因此对环境和人身均有害。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术所存在的上述不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能充分利用蚕桑木质资源、且无毒、无害、耐潮湿的桑木屑木塑复合板。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的木塑复合板，包括由木屑及废旧塑料粉碎压合而成的木塑芯板，在所述木塑芯板的两板面上均覆有塑料贴面层。
采用上述结构后，由于木塑复合板是由木塑芯板和塑料贴面层构成，木屑复合材料是将桑木纤维与废塑料进行复合而得到的一种新型复合材料，它具有外观优美、耐腐蚀、加工性能好、可反复回收利用、环境友好、维护费用低等特点。同时，该木塑复合板在复合的过程中是采用平压法复合，不添加任何甲醛类胶粘剂，因此对人、环境均无害，塑料贴面层具有良好的耐潮湿性，桑木单板层具有良好的二次加工性，能体现木材本身的天然特性和质感。因此，该装饰木塑复合板不仅充分利用了桑木屑，而且具有成本低、性能好、耐潮湿、环保、无毒无污染、用途广泛等优点，可用于家具、装饰、建筑等行业。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的木塑复合板中，在由桑木屑制成的木塑芯板2的上、下两面上分别粘贴有塑料贴面层1，该塑料贴面层1上制有各种花纹，极具美感，且可以根据不同的使用范围和用途变换和调整各种花纹。
