背景技术
目前，食品生产厂家在生产蒸糕均采用烧煤锅或电热锅对水加热，利用水蒸汽对水加热。然而这两种设备均存在着一些缺点：1、设备体积庞大、结构复杂；2、热效率低，加热时间长，能源消耗量大；3、方片糕需要蒸两次，工序繁多。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种蒸糕机，仅需蒸一次即可完成，缩短了蒸糕时间，节约了能源消耗，同时提高了产量。

一种蒸糕机，包括有框架，所述框架的上部设有蒸糕箱，蒸糕箱的侧壁设有保温层，蒸糕箱下方接通有水箱，水箱内设有电加热棒，蒸糕箱外侧设有仓门，水箱的前侧设有前挡板。

所述的水箱上接通有进水端、出水端。
本实用新型利用电加热棒对水箱内的水进行加热，产生的水蒸汽对蒸糕箱内的食品原料进行加热蒸熟，蒸糕箱内可一次放入更多的食品原料，蒸糕箱的侧壁设有保温层，仅需蒸一次即可完成，缩短了蒸糕时间，节约了能源消耗，同时提高了产量；利用本实用新型制作出的方片糕具有一定的湿度，口感更佳。
