Detailed Description
The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be clear that the described embodiments are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, is an exploded schematic view of a specific embodiment of the base of the present invention. In this embodiment, the base 1 includes a base body 11, the base body 11 has a chassis 111 and a pillar 112 disposed on the chassis 111, an outer surface of the base body 11 is covered with a cover 12, the cover 12 includes an upper chassis cover 121 covering over the chassis 111, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both arc-shaped, and thicknesses of the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both gradually reduced from respective middle portions to two end portions.
In the base 1 provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the outer surface of the base body 11 is covered with the cover body 12, the cover body 12 comprises the upper chassis cover body 121 covering the upper part of the chassis 111, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover body 121 are both arc-shaped, and the thicknesses of the base plate 111 and the upper base plate cover 121 are gradually reduced from the respective middle portions to both end portions, the curved bottom plate 111 having a thickness gradually decreasing from the middle portion to the both end portions may facilitate distribution of the force acting on the bottom plate 111, the base can meet the requirements of mechanical properties such as supporting strength and the like by providing stable support for the equipment body, and the base can meet the requirements of appearance such as beautiful appearance and the like by the cover body 12, then the base body 11 and the cover body 12 are assembled to form the base 1, so that the base 1 can meet the requirements on mechanical properties and appearance. Therefore, only the base body 11 and the cover body 12 need to meet the requirements on one hand respectively when the base 1 is designed and manufactured, so that the difficulty in designing and manufacturing the base 1 is reduced, and the flexibility is good.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both arc-shaped, for example, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both beautiful meniscus-shaped in this embodiment. Compared with the linear shape, the arc shape not only can increase the aesthetic degree, but also is beneficial to the distribution of the force acting on the chassis 111, so that the chassis 111 can support the equipment body more stably. In addition, the thicknesses of the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are gradually reduced from the middle to the two end portions thereof, and since the apparatus body is supported on the chassis 111 by the upright posts 112, the middle portion of the chassis 111 is subjected to a large force, and the two end portions are subjected to a small force, so that the design that the thickness of the chassis 111 is gradually reduced from the middle portion to the two end portions thereof can make the force distribution of the chassis 111 adapted to the material use. Further, this thickness design is a result of consideration of both aesthetic and mechanical properties, and if the thickness of the base plate 111 and the upper base plate cover 121 is uniformly set to be the same as the thickness of the middle portion thereof, it causes deterioration in aesthetic appearance, and if the thickness of the base plate 111 and the upper base plate cover 121 is uniformly set to be the same as the thickness of the both end portions thereof, it causes deterioration in mechanical properties such as support strength.
In addition to the above advantages, the way of separately designing and manufacturing the base body 11 and the cover 12, and finally assembling to form the base 1 in this embodiment is also beneficial to replacing the cover 12. For example, when the cover 12 is worn, scratched or dirty, the cover 12 can be easily removed from the base body 11 and replaced with a new cover 12, which is beneficial to maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the base 1 for a long time.
In addition, each part of the base can be conveniently assembled and disassembled, so that the base can be disassembled and then packaged during packaging, the volume of the packaging box is effectively utilized, the volume of the whole packaging box is further reduced, and the packaging amount is increased.
For example, the base 1 in the present embodiment may include the following five parts: chassis 111, upright 112, upper chassis cover 121, front upright cover 122, and rear upright cover 123. Specifically, the base body 11 may include a chassis 111 and a pillar 112. Accordingly, the cover 12 may include a chassis cover covering the outer surface of the chassis 111 and a pillar cover covering the outer surface of the pillar 112. The chassis 111 may be placed on a support surface to support the uprights 112 and the corresponding apparatus body, and the uprights 112 are provided on the chassis 111 to connect the chassis 111 and the corresponding apparatus body. After the base body 11 is divided into the chassis 111 and the upright 112, the structure of each part can be relatively simple, so that the chassis 111 and the upright 112 can be designed and manufactured separately. Accordingly, the division of the cover 12 into a chassis cover and a pillar cover also makes the structure of each part relatively simple, thereby facilitating the design and manufacture of the chassis cover and the pillar cover separately.
The chassis cover covering the outer surface of the chassis 111 may include an upper chassis cover 121 covering the upper half of the chassis 111 and a lower chassis cover covering the lower half of the chassis 111, but since the bottom surface of the chassis directly contacts the supporting surface, the display appearance of the base is not affected, and thus the chassis cover in this embodiment does not include the lower chassis cover. Similarly, the pillar cover covering the outer surface of the pillar 112 may include a front pillar cover 122 covering the front half of the pillar 112 and a rear pillar cover 123 covering the rear half of the pillar, wherein the front half cover 122 and the rear half cover 123 covering the entire outer surface of the pillar 1 by assembling the parts of the base 1 together.
How these five parts are assembled to form the base 1 will be explained below based on the five parts of the base 1 explained above.
Wherein, the assembling process can be as follows: firstly, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are assembled to form a chassis assembly, or firstly, the upright post 112 and the front upright post cover 122 are assembled to form an upright post assembly, then, the chassis assembly and the upright post assembly are assembled together, and finally, the lower part of the rear upright post cover 123 is assembled on the upper chassis cover 121 and the lower part of the upper chassis cover 122 to finally form the required base 1. Wherein the uprights 112 can also be assembled to the apparatus body after the chassis assembly and the upright assembly are assembled together and before the rear upright cover 123 is assembled to the upper chassis cover 121 and the front upright cover 122.
The assembly of the chassis assembly will now be described with reference to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the chassis assembly formed by the assembly of the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121, and fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion a of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first buckle 21 is disposed on the upper chassis cover 121, a corresponding first slot 22 is disposed on the chassis 111, and the first buckle 21 is correspondingly disposed in the first slot 22, so that the upper chassis cover 121 can be clamped on the chassis 111 to complete the assembly of the chassis assembly. In this embodiment, two ends of the upper chassis cover 121 are respectively provided with a first buckle 21, and correspondingly, two ends of the chassis 111 are respectively provided with a first clamping groove 22. In addition, the upper chassis cover 121 is provided with a first screw column 23, the chassis 111 is provided with a corresponding first through hole 24, the first screw column 23 correspondingly penetrates through the first through hole 24, and then the screws are arranged in the first screw column 23, so that the upper chassis cover 121 and the chassis 111 can be assembled together, and the assembly of the chassis assembly is further completed. In this embodiment, six screw posts 23 (all shown by black hatching) are distributed on the upper chassis cover 121, and correspondingly, six first through holes 24 are distributed on the chassis 111.
It should be understood that the number of the first hooks 21 and the first slots 22, and the first screw posts 23 and the first through holes 24 is not limited in the present embodiment, so that the upper chassis cover 121 and the chassis 111 can be stably assembled.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the assembly of the chassis assembly may be completed only by the cooperation of the first buckle 21 and the first clamping groove 22, or the assembly of the chassis assembly may be completed only by the cooperation of the first screw column 23 and the first through hole 24.
It should be noted that the chassis assembly in this embodiment is formed by assembling the first buckle 21 and the first slot 22, and the first screw column 23 and the first through hole 24 together, and since the thickness of the two ends of the upper chassis cover 121 is thin, it is difficult to manufacture the first screw column 23, so the first buckle 21 can be generally disposed at the two ends of the upper chassis cover 121.
The assembly of the chassis assembly will now be described with reference to fig. 1 and 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic illustration of the upright assembly formed by the assembly of the upright 112 and the front upright cover 122. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the front pillar cover 122 is provided with a second buckle 31, the pillar 112 is provided with a corresponding second slot 32, and the second buckle 31 is correspondingly arranged in the second slot 32, so that the front pillar cover 122 can be clamped on the pillar 112, and the assembly of the pillar assembly is completed. In this embodiment, four second fasteners 31 are disposed on two sides of the front pillar cover 122, and correspondingly, four second locking slots 32 are disposed on two sides of the pillar 112.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the assembly of the stud assembly can be completed only by using the cooperation of the second buckle 31 and the second clamping groove 32. For example, a second screw column (not shown) may be provided on the front pillar cover 122, a corresponding second through hole (not shown) may be provided on the pillar 112, and the second screw column may be correspondingly provided in the second through hole, and then a screw may be provided in the second screw column to assemble the front pillar cover 122 and the pillar 112 together, so as to complete the assembling of the pillar assembly. Alternatively, the front pillar cover 122 and the pillar 112 may be assembled together using the second snap 31 and the second snap groove 32, and the second screw post and the second through hole.
In addition, a positioning post 33 is disposed on the front pillar cover 122, a corresponding positioning hole 34 is disposed on the pillar 112, and the positioning post 33 is correspondingly inserted into the positioning hole 34. In this embodiment, two positioning posts 33 are provided, and the diameters of the two positioning posts 33 are different in size, so as to serve as a fool-proof design. When assembling the pillar assembly, the positioning post 33 may be inserted into the positioning hole 34 to preset the assembling position of the front pillar cover 122 and the pillar 112, and then the front pillar cover 122 and the pillar 112 are pushed by force to approach each other, so that the second latch 31 is snapped into the second latch groove 32. The fixing mode has the characteristics of simple and quick installation, screw saving and capability of improving the assembly efficiency.
It should be understood that in the present embodiment, there is no limitation on the number of the second fasteners 31 and the second locking grooves 32, the second screw posts and the second through holes, and the positioning posts 33 and the positioning holes 34, so as to stably assemble the front pillar cover 122 and the pillars 112.
After the assembly of the chassis assembly and the upright post assembly is completed, the chassis assembly and the upright post assembly can be assembled together. For example, referring to fig. 4, two first positioning posts 41 are provided at the bottom of the upright column 112, and referring to fig. 1, two corresponding first positioning holes 42 (one first positioning hole 42 is not visible in fig. 1) are provided on the chassis 111, and the first positioning posts 41 are correspondingly inserted into the first positioning holes 42. The two first positioning posts 41 and the two first positioning holes 42 provided in this embodiment have different diameters as a fool-proof design. As shown in fig. 1, three first mounting holes 43 (two first mounting holes are not visible in fig. 1) are provided in the pillar 112, three second mounting holes 44 (one second mounting hole 44 is not visible in fig. 1) are provided in the base plate 111, and the first mounting holes 43 and the second mounting holes 44 are through holes. When the chassis component and the column component are assembled together, the first positioning column 41 can be firstly arranged in the first positioning hole 42 in a penetrating mode to preset the installation positions of the chassis component and the column component, at the moment, the first assembling hole 43 and the second assembling hole 44 are aligned, then the first assembling hole 43 and the second assembling hole 44 which are aligned in a penetrating mode are arranged in the first assembling hole 43 and the second assembling hole 44 through screws, and the chassis component and the column component are assembled together.
As shown in fig. 5, it can be known that in order to allow the first positioning posts 41 to pass into the first positioning holes 42 and to allow the screws to pass into the second fitting holes 44, corresponding through holes are also required to be provided on the upper chassis cover 121.
It should be understood that the number of the first positioning posts 41 and the first positioning holes 42, and the first fitting holes 43 and the second fitting holes 44 is not limited in the present embodiment, so that it is good to be able to stably fit the floor assembly and the pillar assembly together.
After the chassis assembly and the pillar assembly are assembled together, the rear pillar cover 123 may be assembled to form the complete base 1, and the rear pillar cover 123 may also be referred to as a cover in this embodiment. For this, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first connection part assembled with the chassis cover (i.e., the upper chassis cover 121) and a second connection part connected with the front pillar cover 122 may be provided on the rear pillar cover 123. For example, the first connecting portion may be a protrusion 51 disposed at a lower portion of the rear pillar cover 123 and extending outward along the rear pillar cover 123, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 5, a groove 52 corresponding to the protrusion 51 is provided on the upper chassis cover 121. The second connecting portion may be a hook 53 disposed on the upper portion of the rear pillar cover 123, and as shown in fig. 1, a bayonet 54 corresponding to the hook 53 is disposed on the front pillar cover 122. When assembling the rear pillar cover 123, the protrusion 52 may be first disposed in the groove 52, and then the hook 53 may be disposed in the catch 54 by using the elastic deformation of the hook 53, thereby completing the assembly of the rear pillar cover 123.
Further, since the upright 112 can be assembled to the apparatus body after the chassis assembly and the upright assembly are assembled together and before the rear upright cover 123 is assembled to the upper chassis cover 121 and the front upright cover 122, positioning posts and through holes (not labeled, on the right side surface of the upright 112 in fig. 1) can be provided on the upright 112 as shown in fig. 1 so that the upright 112 is fixed to the apparatus body by screws after the upright 112 is positioned by the positioning posts. Accordingly, in order to allow positioning posts 112 and screws to pass through front pillar cover 122, corresponding through holes (not labeled) may be provided on front pillar cover 122 (located on the right side surface of front pillar cover 122 in fig. 1).
After the chassis assembly, the upright post assembly and the rear upright post cover body are assembled together to form the base, the surface of the whole base is smooth and flat, and no bolt is exposed, so that no bolt mark can be seen, on one hand, the use safety is improved, and the smooth and flat surface without the exposed bolt can avoid scratching a user or hooking fabrics such as a clothes rag and the like; on the other hand, the appearance of the base is beautiful and elegant, and the market competitiveness is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the upright 112 is obliquely installed on the chassis 111, and an included angle between the upright 112 and the chassis 111 is 50 ° to 70 °, and preferably 60 °. Since both ends of the chassis 111 extend forward of the apparatus body, the gravity of the apparatus body can be more uniformly applied to the chassis by tilting the column 112 at a predetermined angle with respect to the chassis 111 forward of the apparatus body, thereby maintaining the stability of the pedestal support.
Further, the base body 11 in the present embodiment may be a die-cast base body, for example, die-cast aluminum. In addition, in order to improve the supporting strength of the base plate 111 and the upright 112, reinforcing ribs may be provided on both the base plate 111 and the upright 112. The cover body 12 may be an injection molded cover body, and the outer surface of the cover body 12 is provided with a protective layer, for example, the protective layer may be electroplated silver, or may be another electroplated metal layer, or may also be a paint with a different color, etc.
Besides, the embodiment of the utility model also provides a display device. As shown in fig. 8, the display apparatus includes a display apparatus body 81, and the display apparatus body 81 is supported on the base 1. Referring to fig. 1, the base 1 includes a base body 11, the base body 11 has a chassis 111 and a pillar 112 disposed on the chassis 111, an outer surface of the base body 11 is covered with a cover 12, the cover 12 includes an upper chassis cover 121 covering over the chassis 111, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both arc-shaped, and thicknesses of the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are gradually reduced from respective middle portions to two end portions.
In the display device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, since the outer surface of the base body 11 is covered with the cover 12, the cover 12 includes the upper chassis cover 121 covering the upper part of the chassis 111, the chassis 111 and the upper chassis cover 121 are both arc-shaped, and the thicknesses of the base plate 111 and the upper base plate cover 121 are gradually reduced from the respective middle portions to both end portions, the curved bottom plate 111 having a thickness gradually decreasing from the middle portion to the both end portions may facilitate distribution of the force acting on the bottom plate 111, the base can meet the requirements of mechanical properties such as supporting strength and the like by providing stable support for the equipment body, and the base can meet the requirements of appearance such as beautiful appearance and the like by the cover body 12, then the base body 11 and the cover body 12 are assembled to form the base 1, so that the base 1 can meet the requirements on mechanical properties and appearance.
In addition, after the two ends of the chassis 111 extend to the front of the equipment body and the upright post 112 inclines to the front of the equipment body, the equipment body and the chassis 111 can be basically positioned in the same vertical direction, and the occupied space of the whole display equipment is reduced.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
