背景技术
现行的数控机床电主轴采用液冷式结构即用冷却液对主轴和机箱进行降温。液冷式结构体积大,结构复杂,制造成本高,而且冷却液体易产生泄漏,污染环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种数控机床风冷式电主轴伺服电动机结构,不需液冷式冷却***,简化结构,制造成本低。
数控机床风冷式电主轴伺服电动机结构,电机定子嵌套在机床箱体内壁上,电机转子的铁芯套装在机床主轴上,电机定子有引出线从机床箱体中引出。
进一步的,所述机床主轴上安装有风扇,机床主轴采用强迫风冷。
本实用新型数控机床风冷式电主轴伺服电动机结构采用强迫风冷,可将主轴的温升控制在20℃范围内,可避免主轴温度超出范围影响产品加工精度。使用本实用新型的数控机床,由伺服电机直接驱动机床主轴,减少了能量消耗,降低了温升,同时对机床主轴采用风冷,缩小了体积,简化了结构,降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型数控机床风冷式电主轴伺服电动机结构,电机定子4嵌套在机床箱体2的内壁上,电机转子5的铁芯套装在机床主轴3上,电机定子4有引出线1从机床箱体2中引出。进一步的,在机床主轴3上安装有风扇,对主轴进行强迫风冷。
由于伺服电机的定子和转子与机床的主轴和机床箱体巧妙地结合在一起,不再需要从电机到主轴的传动***,减少了能量损耗,减小了温升,对主轴进行强迫风冷方式进行冷却,减小了体积,简化了结构,降低制造成本。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。
