Abstract
腹部手术切开缝合模型,主要是由肠道、腹壁垫、模拟腹腔组成。肠道是由一个充气的气球进行模拟的,紧贴在模拟腹腔内,使腹壁垫处于紧张状态;腹壁垫结合表皮、真皮、脂肪、白线及腹膜,是方形结构的,在四边粘有尼龙搭扣,在四角上各切除一四方块,使它能够完全粘扣在模拟腹腔上;模拟腹腔是由一个无盖的方形立体盒子组成,用于放置肠道,在盒子外面粘有尼龙搭扣,用于与腹壁垫的粘扣。腹壁垫的安放简单易行。透明的基座可以使老师观察学生的操作过程。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医学教学模型,尤其涉及一种腹部手术的切开缝合模型。
背景技术
在临床上,开腹、关腹是腹部外科医生的基础,要想熟练的掌握好这一门技术就必须有相应的实践操作,但是由于目前医患关系紧张,在医疗实习阶段很难有练习的机会,而市场上用于腹部手术的模型还很少见。医学院校的师生迫切希望能获得一款结构逼真、操作方便的模型产品,供他们学习、练习使用。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种腹部手术切开缝合模型,供医学者们学习和练习使用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:它主要是由肠管、腹壁垫、模拟腹腔组成。所述的肠管是由一个充气的气球进行模拟的,紧贴在模拟腹腔内,使腹壁垫处于紧张状态,在给气球进行充气时要保证量的适中。
所述的腹壁垫结合表皮、真皮、脂肪、白线及腹膜,是方形结构的,在四边粘有尼龙搭扣,在四角上各切除一四方块,使它能够完全粘扣在模拟腹腔上。
所述的模拟腹腔是由一个无盖的方形立体盒子组成,用于放置肠管,在盒子外面粘有尼龙搭扣,用于与腹壁垫的粘扣。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,腹部手术切开缝合模型下方的气球使腹壁垫处于紧张状态,模拟腹腔内环绕的肠管,其目的是训练练习者在开腹和关腹时勿伤害腹腔内的肠管。仿真的脐部使练习者感觉如同在真实人体上操作。腹壁垫的安放简单易行。透明的基座可以使老师观察学生的操作过程。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步进行说明。
腹部手术切开缝合模型,主要是由腹壁垫1、肠管2、模拟腹腔3组成。所述的肠管2是由一个充气的气球进行模拟的,紧贴在模拟腹腔3内,使腹壁垫1处于紧张状态,在给气球进行充气时要保证量的适中。
所述的腹壁垫1结合表皮、真皮、脂肪、白线及腹膜,是方形结构的,在四边粘有尼龙搭扣,在四角上各切除一四方块,使它能够完全粘扣在模拟腹腔3上。
所述的模拟腹腔3是由一个无盖的方形立体透明盒子组成,用于放置肠管2,在盒子外面粘有尼龙搭扣,用于与腹壁垫1的粘扣。

1.腹部手术切开缝合模型,它主要是由肠管、腹壁垫、模拟腹腔组成,肠管是由一个充气的气球进行模拟的;腹壁垫结合表皮、真皮、脂肪、白线及腹膜,是方形结构的;模拟腹腔是由一个无盖的方形立体透明盒子组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹部手术切开缝合模型,其特征是,所述的肠管紧贴在模拟腹腔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的腹部手术切开缝合模型,其特征是,所述的腹壁四边粘有尼龙搭扣,在四角上各切除一四方块,能够完全粘扣在模拟腹腔上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的腹部手术切开缝合模型,其特征是,所述模拟腹腔用于放置肠管,在盒子外面粘有尼龙搭扣,用于与腹壁垫的粘扣。
