技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种分流装置,具体地说涉及一种车轮模具分流锥。
背景技术
目前分流锥使用水冷方式,结构如图1所示,冷却水通过管路进入分水器,直通分流锥顶端,再返回分水器,从另一管路流出。分流锥使用水冷,以冷却点(如图所示)为中心,逐步向外扩散,冷却点位置冷却强度最大。现场使用浇口套基本分为Φ50mm、Φ55mm、Φ60mm、Φ65mm 4种规格,使用小浇口套(Φ50mm )与分流锥配合,铝液通道相对较小,且分流锥的冷却点在顶部,在生产过程中最窄处冷却过快,易出现帽口缩松。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术方案为:分流锥内孔直径设置为Φ22mm,分流锥最薄处壁厚设置为8mm,风管设置于分流锥底部,风管底部封闭,底部向上5mm处设置钻孔,孔径3mm。取消分水器,节约模具制造成本和维修更换费用。
本实用新型改进后冷却点比现有技术距铝液通道最窄处更远,且冷却强度变弱,使最窄处冷却速度延迟,能充分对中心部位进行补缩。

本实用新型改进后冷却点比现有技术距铝液通道最窄处更远,且冷却强度变弱,使最窄处冷却速度延迟,能充分对中心部位进行补缩。
