背景技术:
电磁继电器主要由输入部份和输出部份组成。这两部份主要包括:输入端的线圈、轭铁、隔离板、底板、铁芯、衔铁、输出端的动和静簧片。当线圈在其引线脚的两端加上一定的电压或电流时,通电的线圈就会产生磁通,磁通通过铁芯、轭轶、衔铁和一定的工作气隙产生吸引力,从而驱动动簧片接通静簧片来现实电路的通断和转换。
由于现有产品的底板与外壳之间绝大多数为封胶连接,长时间使用会有脱落的情况,且胶的成本较高,因此设想提供一种新的结构来代替。

为解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型特提供一种电磁继电器外壳与底板卡接结构,通过在底板侧边安装卡扣,与外壳下端的卡扣孔卡装配合的结构方式,能有效的将外壳与底板固定在一起,节省了用胶,为企业创造了经济效益。
