本实用新型提供了一种LED灯具,包括依次设置的灯具外壳上盖、防眩光透镜、基板、散热器,所述防眩光透镜与基板配合连接并设置于所述灯具外壳上盖和散热器内部,所述防眩光透镜为大尺寸透镜,其尺寸满足单颗五瓦以上或两颗以上一至三瓦级LED安装在其内,所述防眩光透镜由非连续反射面组成。本实用新型提供了一种使用单透镜配光的防眩光且可以对大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)或多颗普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)同时配光LED灯具。使用大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)可以有效降低物料成本。本方案所述灯具光学结构简单、防眩效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯具,尤其涉及一种使用单透镜配光的防眩光LED灯具。
背景技术
LED光源是节能环保的绿色光源。它具有光效高,无频闪,不含有毒物质,配光自由度大等诸多优点,具有巨大的发展潜力。但LED发光面积小,表面亮度高,容易导致眩光危害。另外,当使用透镜配光时,由于透镜尺寸通常较小,单颗透镜难于对大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)或多颗普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)同时配光,而使用多颗透镜又导致成本上升和结构复杂化。本实用新型旨在提供一种使用单透镜配光的防眩光且可以对大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)或多颗普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)同时配光LED灯具。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本实用新型提供了一种LED灯具。
一种LED灯具,包括依次设置的灯具外壳上盖、防眩光透镜、基板、散热器,所述防眩光透镜与基板配合连接并设置于所述灯具外壳上盖和散热器内部,所述防眩光透镜为大尺寸透镜,其尺寸满足单颗五瓦以上或两颗以上一至三瓦级LED安装在其内,所述防眩光透镜由非连续反射面组成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括透镜压环,所述透镜压环设置在所述防眩光透镜与灯具外壳上盖之间。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述防炫透镜由非连续反射面、出光面、圆柱面和非连续圆柱底面围合而成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述反射面由反射面连续小面组成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,圆柱底面由圆柱底面连续小面组成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述反射面是全反射面。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述反射面镀反射膜。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括驱动电路。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括设置在基板上的单颗五瓦以上或两颗以上一至三瓦级LED。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供了一种使用单透镜配光的防眩光且可以对大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)或多颗普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)同时配光LED灯具。使用大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)可以有效降低物料成本。本方案所述灯具光学结构简单、防眩效果好。构成反射面、圆柱底面的连续小面对LED发出的光波进行分割并成离散像,有效减弱眩光;在不影响灯具总体尺寸的情况下,出光面尺寸做到最大,降低了出光面平均亮度,更加减弱眩光。LED发出的热量由基板传递至散热器,散热效果可靠。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。
本实用新型所述一种LED灯具,如图1-4所示,包括单颗大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)4或多颗(两颗或两颗以上)普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)、单颗大尺寸防眩光透镜3,及铝散热器6等其他必要部件。使用大尺寸LED(单颗5瓦以上)4可以有效降低物料成本。当然,根据实际需要也可以使用多颗普通大功率LED(1-3瓦级)而仍然使用单颗透镜3配光,因为大尺寸透镜3的底部空腔足以容纳多颗普通大功率LED。大尺寸防炫透镜3由非连续反射面7、出光面8、圆柱面9和非连续圆柱底面10围合而成。构成反射面7、圆柱底面10的连续小面11、12对LED发出的光波进行分割并成离散像,有效减弱眩光;在不影响灯具总体尺寸的情况下,出光面8尺寸做到最大,降低了出光面平均亮度,更加减弱眩光。大尺寸防炫透镜3采用高透光率的PMMA材料,当然,根据实际需要也可以使用PC等其他材料;反射面7可以是全反射,也可以镀反射膜,但两者通常不同时成立。LED 4发出的热量由铜基板5传递至铝散热器6,散热效果可靠。灯具的其余部分还包括透镜压环2、灯具外壳上盖1、驱动电路等其他必要组件。本方案所述灯具光学结构简单、防眩效果好。

1.一种LED灯具,其特征在于:包括依次设置的灯具外壳上盖(1)、防眩光透镜(3)、基板(5)、散热器(6),所述防眩光透镜(3)与基板(5)配合连接并设置于所述灯具外壳上盖(1)和散热器(6)内部,所述防眩光透镜(3)为大尺寸透镜,其尺寸满足单颗五瓦以上或两颗以上一至三瓦级LED安装在其内,所述防眩光透镜(3)由非连续反射面组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:还包括透镜压环(2),所述透镜压环(2)设置在所述防眩光透镜(3)与灯具外壳上盖(1)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:所述防眩光透镜(3)由非连续反射面(7)、出光面(8)、圆柱面(9)和非连续圆柱底面(10)围合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:所述反射面(7)由反射面连续小面(11)组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:圆柱底面(10)由圆柱底面连续小面(12)组成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:所述反射面(7)是全反射面。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:所述反射面(7)镀反射膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于:还包括驱动电路。
