技术领域
本实用新型属于辊压设备技术领域,具体地说,特别涉及辊压机辊套。
背景技术
辊压机是水泥等建筑材料生产线上的重要设备,主要用于对原料的破碎加工。辊压机辊套的辊面要求非常耐磨和具备很高的硬度,在强大的压力区要能够承受巨大的压力,辊面不能磨损、更不能与基体剥落。如图3所示,传统辊压机辊套本体1的圆周面上直接焊接硬化耐磨材料层4,因长期与高压物流接触,极易造成辊套边缘掉角剥落,随运行时间增长,使得辊套边缘掉角更加严重,不仅会造成辊套进一步的损坏,而且严重影响了产品的质量和产量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能有效防止边缘掉角剥落的辊压机辊套。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种辊压机辊套,包括辊套本体(1)和硬化耐磨材料层(4),其特征在于:在所述辊套本体(1)的圆周面上设有第一环槽(1a),该第一环槽(1a)中焊接有打底材料层(2),在打底材料层(2)的外面通过焊接包覆有第一过渡材料层(3),所述第一过渡材料层(3)的外面通过焊接包覆硬化耐磨材料层(4)。
本实用新型通过第一环槽内与辊套本体接近的打底材料层打底,该打底材料层与硬化耐磨材料层之间通过结合性和抗疲劳性非常良好的第一过渡材料层焊接固定,这样确保了耐磨材料层的牢固性,有效防止了辊套边缘发生掉角剥落,在大大延长辊套使用寿命的同时,保障了所加工产品的质量和产量。
所述第一过渡材料层(3)的内圆具有契合部,该契合部嵌入第一环槽(1a)中。过渡材料层采用嵌入式结构,能够进一步提高硬化耐磨材料层焊接的牢靠性。
在所述辊套本体(1)两端的端面上对称设置有第二环槽(1b),该第二环槽(1b)靠近辊套本体(1)的外圆,并且第二环槽(1b)中焊接有第二过渡材料层(5),该第二过渡材料层(5)的外面焊接有硬化耐磨材料层(6),所述硬化耐磨材料层(6)的外表面与辊套本体(1)的端面平齐。以上结构在辊套端面靠近边缘的位置进行加强处理,该加强结构与辊套圆周上的硬化耐磨材料层相结合,能够更加有效地防止辊套边缘发生掉角剥落。
有益效果:本实用新型通过对辊套本体的端面及圆周面进行强化焊接处理,能够避免辊套边缘掉角,有效延长了辊套的使用寿命,并确保了所加工产品的质量及产量稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示,辊套本体1由优质合金钢加工而成,在辊套本体1的圆周面上设有第一环槽1a,该第一环槽1a从槽底到槽口的方向宽度逐渐增大。在第一环槽1a中焊接打底材料层2,本实施例中该打底材料层2与辊套本体1的材料性能相接近,从而改善辊套本体的焊接性能。在所述打底材料层2的外面通过焊接包覆有第一过渡材料层3,该第一过渡材料层3是一种高强度、中等硬度的堆焊材料,具有良好的抗疲劳性和结合性,同时又具有一定的抗磨性能,在辊体和耐磨层之间起到了很好的桥梁作用,且第一过渡材料层3的内圆一体形成有一圈契合部,该契合部嵌入第一环槽1a中。在所述第一过渡材料层3的外面通过焊接包覆硬化耐磨材料层4,硬化耐磨材料层4的端面与辊套本体1对应端的端面平齐。
从图1、图2中可知,在辊套本体1两端的端面上对称设置有第二环槽1b,该第二环槽1b靠近辊套本体1的外圆,第二环槽1b从槽底到槽口的方向宽度逐渐增大。在所述第二环槽1b中焊接有第二过渡材料层5,该第二过渡材料层5的材质与第一过渡材料层3相同。所述第二过渡材料层5的外面焊接有硬化耐磨材料层6,硬化耐磨材料层6的材质与硬化耐磨材料层4相同,所述硬化耐磨材料层6的外表面与辊套本体1的端面平齐。

1.一种辊压机辊套,包括辊套本体(1)和硬化耐磨材料层(4),其特征在于:在所述辊套本体(1)的圆周面上设有第一环槽(1a),该第一环槽(1a)中焊接有打底材料层(2),在打底材料层(2)的外面通过焊接包覆有第一过渡材料层(3),所述第一过渡材料层(3)的外面通过焊接包覆硬化耐磨材料层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊压机辊套,其特征在于:所述第一过渡材料层(3)的内圆具有契合部,该契合部嵌入第一环槽(1a)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的辊压机辊套,其特征在于:在所述辊套本体(1)两端的端面上对称设置有第二环槽(1b),该第二环槽(1b)靠近辊套本体(1)的外圆,并且第二环槽(1b)中焊接有第二过渡材料层(5),该第二过渡材料层(5)的外面焊接有硬化耐磨材料层(6),所述硬化耐磨材料层(6)的外表面与辊套本体(1)的端面平齐。
