技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种漆包机退火炉,特别是一种利用排废气体余热预热的漆包机退火炉。
背景技术
现有漆包机的烘炉催化燃烧后产生的高温气体经过热交换后,通过风机直接排空。但该高温气体的温度一般在350℃~400℃,直接排空必然造成热量浪费。
现有的漆包机退火炉一般为全电加热炉,而且为保证良好的退火效果,退火炉须频繁加热,耗电量很大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种能将排空的高温气体引入到退火炉预热区,既利用余热,又减少电加热频率,降低能耗的利用排废气体余热预热的退火炉。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种利用排废气体余热预热的漆包机退火炉,其包括与排废管连接的通风机,该通风机的出风口顺序连接预热进风管道、退火炉预热腔,该退火炉预热腔中装设有退火管,且该退火炉预热腔的上部连接有预热出风管道及烟囱。
本实用新型的进一步改进为,该排废管、通风机、预热进风管道、退火炉预热腔外包覆石棉。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所具有的有益效果为:本实用新型在漆包机退火炉内设置一退火炉预热腔,该退火炉预热腔中安装退火管,再通过管道将烘炉的排废气体引入退火炉预热腔中,使退火管充分换热,这样就能将排废气体的余热循环利用,达到节能降耗的目的。一般情况下,本实用新型比老式漆包机退火炉节电200~300KW/天。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型利用排废气体余热预热的漆包机退火炉8包括与排废管1连接的通风机2,该通风机2的出风口顺序连接预热进风管道3、退火炉预热腔4,该退火炉预热腔4中装设有退火管7,且该退火炉预热腔4的上部连接有预热出风管道5及烟囱6。
这样,通风机2就可将烘炉内的排废气体经排废管1抽出,并送入预热进风管道3及退火炉预热腔4。该退火炉预热腔4为一密闭空腔,工作时其四周均充满来自通风机2送来的高温气体,使处于退火炉预热腔4中的退火管7可充分进行热交换,经充分热交换后的废气再经预热出风管道5、烟囱6排空。为防止热量在输送途中的损耗,排废管1、通风机2、预热进风管道3、退火炉预热腔4外均用石棉作保温处理。这样本实用新型就能将排废气体所具有的余热循环利用,达到节能降耗的目的,一般情况下,本实用新型比老式漆包机退火炉节电200~300KW/天。

1.一种利用排废气体余热预热的漆包机退火炉,其特征在于包括与烘炉排废管连接的通风机,该通风机的出风口顺序连接预热进风管道、退火炉预热腔,该退火炉预热腔中装设有退火管,且该退火炉预热腔的上部连接有预热出风管道及烟囱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用排废气体余热预热的漆包机退火炉,其特征在于,该烘炉排废管、通风机、预热进风管道、退火炉预热腔外包覆石棉。
