本实用新型提供一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,包括主电动机、行星减速器、气控***、加热冷却***、加压料机构、密炼室、翻转机构、卸料机构和底座,密炼机各组件均设置在底座上,加压料机构安装在密炼室上,翻转机构设置在密炼室一侧,加压料机构上安装有气控***,卸料机构设置在密炼室另一侧,行星减速器设置在密炼室另一侧,主电动机与行星减速器相连,翻转机构一侧安装有加热冷却***,其通过对现有密炼机结构进行改进,设置专门的端面密封装置使得密炼机密封效果更加明显,并且其转子本体内设置有专门的循环通道,因此可通入一定压力的冷却水或蒸汽,对密炼机进行强制循环冷却或加热,特别适于生产电缆外塑料绝缘层的胶料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆生产设备领域,特别涉及一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机。
背景技术
近年来,国内外对电缆一直都保持着强劲的需求市场,因此对作为电缆外塑料绝缘层的胶料需求也很大,提高炼胶机的性能对改善橡胶本身性能进而提高电缆外塑料绝缘层的胶料的质量具有重要意义,密闭式炼胶机简称密炼机,主要用于电缆外塑料绝缘层胶料的塑炼,其是一种通过设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子,在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼的机械,现在所使用的炼胶机其内大多没有专门的密封装置,因此密封效果很不好,很容易发生粉料外泄,且其密炼室和转子本体内无专门循环通道,因此无法强制循环冷却或加热,因此会影响电缆外塑料绝缘层胶料的质量及生产效率。
实用新型内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型通过对现有密炼机结构进行改进,设置专门的端面密封装置使得密炼机密封效果更加明显,并且本实用新型密炼室和转子本体内设置有专门的循环通道,因此可通入一定压力的冷却水或蒸汽,对密炼机进行强制循环冷却或加热,为达此目的,本实用新型提供一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,包括主电动机、行星减速器、气控***、加热冷却***、加压料机构、密炼室、翻转机构、卸料机构和底座,所述密炼机各组件均设置在底座上,所述加压料机构安装在密炼室上,所述翻转机构设置在密炼室一侧,所述加压料机构上安装有气控***,所述卸料机构设置在密炼室另一侧,所述行星减速器设置在密炼室另一侧,所述主电动机与行星减速器相连,所述翻转机构一侧安装有加热冷却***,所述密炼室内设置有转子机构,所述转子机构由前转子和后转子组成,所述前转子一侧安装有前齿轮,所述后转子一侧安装有后齿轮,所述转子本体内设置有循环通道,所述前齿轮与后齿轮相啮合,前齿轮与后齿轮设置在齿轮箱内,所述齿轮箱设置在密炼室一侧,所述前转子内设置有支撑座,所述转子与密炼室接触处设置有端面密封装置。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述加压料机构的加料门上设置气缸,为了能使加压料机构的密封性更好,可在所述加压料机构的加料门上设置气缸,从而能更好的防止加压料机构内粉料外泄。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述密炼室底部装有测温装置,为了能对密炼室内部温度进行更好的控制,所述密炼室底部装有测温装置以对密炼室内部进行检测。
本实用新型通过对现有密炼机结构进行改进,设置专门的端面密封装置使得密炼机密封效果更加明显,并且本实用新型密炼室和转子本体内设置有专门循环通道,因此可通入一定压力的冷却水或蒸汽,对密炼机进行强制循环冷却或加热,使得机械的冷却效果更好,并且具有寿命长,承载能力大,效率高、噪音低、体积小、重量轻等优点,特别适于生产电缆外塑料绝缘层的胶料。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对实用新型做详细的说明:
本实用新型通过对现有密炼机结构进行改进,设置专门的端面密封装置使得密炼机密封效果更加明显,并且本实用新型密炼室和转子本体内设置有专门的循环通道,因此可通入一定压力的冷却水或蒸汽,对密炼机进行强制循环冷却或加热。
本实用新型提供如图1所示的一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,包括主电动机1、行星减速器2、气控***3、加热冷却***4、加压料机构5、密炼室6、翻转机构7、卸料机构和底座16,所述密炼机各组件均设置在底座16上,所述加压料机构5安装在密炼室6上,所述加压料机构5的加料门上设置气缸,为了能使加压料机构5的密封性更好,可在所述加压料机构5的加料门上设置气缸,从而能更好的防止加压料机构5内粉料外泄,加压料机构5内腔还设有通道,用户可根据需要通入冷水或蒸汽,对物料进行冷却加热,所述翻转机构7设置在密炼室6一侧,所述加压料机构5上安装有气控***3,所述卸料机构设置在密炼室6另一侧,所述行星减速器2设置在密炼室6另一侧,所述主电动机1与行星减速器2相连,所述翻转机构7一侧安装有加热冷却***4,以便于对密炼室6和转子进行加热和冷却,加热冷却***4中还设置有疏水器、压力表和截止阀,以实现对介质流量、压力的监控,并可对所排出的蒸汽进行冷凝和分离。
所述密炼室6内设置有转子机构,所述转子机构由前转子8和后转子9组成,所述密炼室6的内壁表面进行了镀铬处理,所述转子的工作表面部分及棱尖焊有硬质合金,从而大大提高了机器的使用寿命。所述前转子8一侧安装有前齿轮14,所述后转子9一侧安装有后齿轮11,所述转子本体内设置有循环通道9-1,所述前齿轮14与后齿轮11相啮合,前齿轮14与后齿轮11设置在齿轮箱12内,所述齿轮箱12设置在密炼室6一侧,所述前转子8内设置有支撑座15,所述转子与密炼室6接触处设置有端面密封装置10,所述密炼室6底部装有测温装置,为了能对密炼室6内部温度进行更好的控制,所述密炼室6底部装有测温装置以对密炼室6内部进行检测。
本实用新型通过对现有密炼机结构进行改进,设置专门的端面密封装置使得密炼机密封效果更加明显,并且本实用新型转子本体内设置有专门循环通道,因此可通入一定压力的冷却水或蒸汽,对密炼机进行强制循环冷却或加热,使得机械的冷却效果更好,并且具有寿命长,承载能力大,效率高、噪音低、体积小、重量轻等优点。

1. 一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,包括主电动机(1)、行星减速器(2)、气控***(3)、加热冷却***(4)、加压料机构(5)、密炼室(6)、翻转机构(7)、卸料机构和底座(16),所述密炼机各组件均设置在底座(16)上,所述加压料机构(5)安装在密炼室(6)上,所述翻转机构(7)设置在密炼室(6)一侧,所述加压料机构(5)上安装有气控***(3),所述卸料机构设置在密炼室(6)另一侧,所述行星减速器(2)设置在密炼室(6)另一侧,所述主电动机(1)与行星减速器(2)相连,所述翻转机构(7)一侧安装有加热冷却***(4),其特征在于:所述密炼室(6)内设置有转子机构,所述转子机构由前转子(8)和后转子(9)组成,所述前转子(8)一侧安装有前齿轮(14),所述后转子(9)一侧安装有后齿轮(11),所述转子本体内设置有循环通道(9-1),所述前齿轮(14)与后齿轮(11)相啮合,前齿轮(14)与后齿轮(11)设置在齿轮箱(12)内,所述齿轮箱(12)设置在密炼室(6)一侧,所述前转子(8)内设置有支撑座(15),所述转子与密炼室(6)接触处设置有端面密封装置(10)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,其特征在于:所述加压料机构(5)的加料门上设置气缸。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于生产电缆绝缘层及护套层胶料的密炼机,其特征在于:所述密炼室(6)底部装有测温装置。
