背景技术
在生物制品企业生产疫苗过程中，很多疫苗都要利用鸡蛋制作。孵化机就是模拟禽类孵蛋时的温、湿度进行人工孵蛋的装置，现行的孵化机自动化水平低，不能自动调整温、湿度，故障率高，性能不稳，常常导致受精蛋发育不良、死胚，质量得不到保障，同时也造成能源浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种自动孵化机，能自动调整温、湿度，自动化水平高，设备性能好，孵化成品率高。
一种自动孵化机，箱体内安装有加热器、加湿器、温度传感器、湿度传感器，控制柜安装在箱体外，加热器前有风扇，温度传感器、湿度传感器与控制柜相连，加热器、加湿器由控制柜控制。
进一步的，所述加热器和风扇各有两个，对称分布在箱体内。
进一步的，所述加热器为电加热器。
进一步的，所述加湿器由变频电机驱动。
本实用新型自动化水平高，操作方便，能自动控制温、湿度，孵化成品率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型自动孵化机，箱体3内安装有加热器5、加湿器6、温度传感器7、湿度传感器2，控制柜1安装在箱体3外，加热器5前有风扇4，风扇4可将加热器5产生的热量分散、传送到箱体3内的各个地方，使箱体3内各处温度均匀，温度传感器7、湿度传感器2与控制柜1相连，将测得的温度和湿度数值传送到控制***，加热器5、加湿器6由控制柜1控制。
进一步的，加热器5和风扇4各有两个，对称分布在箱体内，加热器可以是电加热，也可以是蒸汽加热，优选电加热器。
进一步的，加湿器6由变频电机驱动，可降低能耗。

1.一种自动孵化机，其特征在于：箱体(3)内安装有加热器(5)、加湿器(6)、温度传感器(7)、湿度传感器(2)，控制柜(1)安装在箱体(3)外，加热器(5)前有风扇(4)，温度传感器(7)、湿度传感器(2)与控制柜(1)相连，加热器(5)、加湿器(6)由控制柜(1)控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动孵化机，其特征在于：所述加热器(5)和风扇(4)各有两个，对称分布在箱体(3)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动孵化机，其特征在于：所述加热器(5)为电加热器。
