Abstract

本实用新型提出的是机械领域用于管路蒸汽输送的气体减压阀。在两侧输气管之间安装有阀座,阀体法兰通过阀体法兰紧固螺帽将阀体安装在阀座上,在阀座内设有阻尼孔,在阀座中间位置的阻尼孔部安装有阀锥,阀锥上部连接有阀杆,阀杆穿过阀体法兰和阀体压盖通过紧固螺帽安装在旋转手柄上。由于在阀座内设置阻尼孔并和阀锥配合使用,能够实现双重减压效果,而且防止了气体压力骤然增减而破坏阀体,同时延长阀锥的使用寿命。适宜在高温高压气体减压应用领域使用。

本实用新型提出的是机械领域用于管路蒸汽输送的气体减压阀。
背景技术
在本实用新型提出以前,当需要将高温高压蒸汽减压应用时,通常使用球阀、锥形阀或闸板阀,由于阀体结构的限制,启闭阀时容易导致高压冲击而引起震动,同时也会受到气体的腐蚀而导致调压失效,并造成阀体的破坏,影响阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有减压阀的缺点,本实用新型提供了气体减压阀。该阀通过在阀座内设置减压阻尼孔与阀杆阀锥互相配合,解决高温高压气体减压的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:在两侧输气管之间安装有阀座,阀体法兰通过阀体法兰紧固螺帽将阀体安装在阀座上,在阀座内设有阻尼孔,在阀座中间位置的阻尼孔部安装有阀锥,阀锥上部连接有阀杆,阀杆穿过阀体法兰和阀体压盖通过紧固螺帽安装在旋转手柄上。
积极效果,由于在阀座内设置阻尼孔并和阀锥配合使用,能够实现双重减压效果,而且防止了气体压力骤减而破坏阀体,同时延长阀锥的使用寿命。适宜在高温高压气体减压应用领域使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在两侧输气管1之间安装有阀座2,阀体法兰3通过阀体法兰紧固螺帽4将阀体0安装在阀座上,在阀座内设有阻尼孔2.1,在阀座中间位置的阻尼孔部安装有阀锥5.1,阀锥上部连接有阀杆5,阀杆穿过阀体法兰和阀体压盖6通过紧固螺帽8安装在旋转手柄上7。
旋转手柄带动阀杆旋转,并向上提升,此时阀锥脱离阀座内所设的阻尼孔,阻尼孔呈渐开状态。输气管一端的高温高压蒸汽完全通过阻尼孔向另一侧输气,受到阻尼孔的阻尼作用,一端输气管中的高温高压蒸汽输气量减小,同时压力随之降低,达到全孔减压目的。当需要进一步减压时,通过旋转手柄旋转阀杆,使阀杆带动阀锥向阻尼孔的气体通道内延伸,减小了阻尼孔的截面积,比单纯单独使用阻尼孔减压值缩小,产生较大的减压作用。当阀锥继续向阻尼孔中延伸直至完全堵塞阻尼孔径时,减压阀关闭,完全阻止输气管向减压端输气。
本实用新型气体减压阀输送并减压气体过程中,能够防止阀体震动和损坏阀体结构,同时减小了阀体输送高温高压气体过程的气体腐蚀,而且阀体减压部件容易更换,因此使用寿命长,便于维修与操作,减压级差大,使用效果好。

1.气体减压阀,其特征是:在两侧输气管(1)之间安装有阀座(2),阀体法兰(3)通过阀体法兰紧固螺帽(4)将阀体(0)安装在阀座上,在阀座内设有阻尼孔(2.1),在阀座中间位置的阻尼孔部安装有阀锥(5.1),阀锥上部连接有阀杆(5),阀杆穿过阀体法兰和阀体压盖(6)通过紧固螺帽(8)安装在旋转手柄上(7)。
