使用时，内盖3为盖住热水瓶内胆开口的部分，外盖2将内盖3罩住，保温性能更好且更加卫生，手拿住拉环1进行打开和盖上瓶盖的相关操作，结构简单、使用安全方便，可有效减少和避免打开瓶盖时热水瓶中热水外溢对人造成的危险，无需直接接触内盖，卫生、安全，避免烫伤。
