针对上述问题,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种适应现代智能电网需要的采集数据,故障短消息报警以及参数监控,GPS时钟对时和数据GPRS传输的智能化参数采集柜。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种智能化参数采集柜,其特征在于:所述采集柜包括复数组光电转换器,光电转换器均连接在一个串口服务器上,外部采集到的信号经过光电转换器后,经过串口服务器转换成以太网信号,由以太网连接到网络交换机,所述网络交换机上连接有GPS 网络对时时钟和安装有监控软件和GSM/GPRS软件的工业计算机,所述工业计算机、网络交换机和串口服务器均通过UPS不间断电源供电。
其中,所述工业计算机连接有报警模块。
其中,所述采集柜通过GPS同步时钟给交换机提供对时功能,使用GSM/GPRS模块远程传输数据,远程终端使用IP地址浏览参数。
其中,采集柜可以实时采集来自于光电转换器的信号,存储并根据同步时钟记录数据。

工业计算机连接有报警模块。
智能化参数采集柜的工业计算机的串口直接与GSM/GPRS模块连接,在工业计算机上安装有监控软件和GSM/GPRS报警和数据传输软件,工业计算机的以态网口直接与网络交换机连接。GPS同步时钟与网络交换机连接。串口服务器的以态网口与网络交换机连接,串口服务器的串口端直接与每路光电转换器连接,光电转换器与需要采集参数的仪表和智能控制器连接。从设备采集来的信号经过串口服务器,到网络交换机,最后传输到工业计算机。在工业计算机中进行数据存储与报警,经过GPRS把数据进行远程传输。UPS不间断电源对整个参数采集柜内设备供电。
