本专利属于余热回收设备技术领域,具体属于一种应用于矿热炉冷却水余热回收发电的能源利用***,进一步涉及一种带有螺杆膨胀机发电的电炉冷却水余热发电***。
背景技术
国内冶金行业是耗电大户,矿热炉主要用电冶炼合金,炉内温度可达1300℃以上,为避免电炉本体烧溶,需要大量的本体冷却水为电炉降温。目前在冶金矿热炉中,为控制电炉温度稳定,常采用水冷却***。该***包括矿热电炉、冷却塔和循环水泵。常规***中冷却水直接送至冷却塔中,利用冷却塔降温后再由循环水泵送至矿热电炉进行循环利用。在此过程中存在的问题是:经过软化处理从矿热炉输出的电炉冷却水携带了一定的温度和压力,本身蕴含着大量的能量,但由于品位不高很难被利用,只能通过冷却塔降温处理,处理这些冷却水还会产生一些水耗和电耗,因此存在能源浪费的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要提供一种电炉冷却水余热发电***,以克服现有技术存在的能源浪费的问题。
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种电炉冷却水余热发电***,包括矿热电炉1、冷却塔4和循环水泵5,其特殊之处在于:还包括螺杆膨胀机2和发电机3,所述螺杆膨胀机2设置于矿热电炉1和冷却塔4之间,螺杆膨胀机2与发电机3联接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型利用冷却水从电炉本体带来的温度和自有的压力,通过螺杆膨胀机做功发电后输送至原有冷却塔进行冷却并循环利用。本实用新型利用部分循环水热量发电的同时还降低了冷却塔耗水量和冷却塔风机耗电。以一台25000KVA硅锰电炉为例,其经过软化的冷却水量为:30t/h,冷却水温度为:160℃,压力为:0.6MPa。将冷却水引入膨胀机做功后膨胀机排汽压力为0.1MPa,温度为该压力下的饱和温度。该工况下螺杆膨胀机装机容量可达到1MW,经过膨胀做功后循环水中约15%的热量被利用,由此可减少冷却塔耗水10%,减小冷却塔风机耗电约10%,以年运行小时数为7000小时计算,该项目年可节电并发电700万KWH,节水2万吨,年可直接获益约300万元。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型进行详细地说明。
一种电炉冷却水余热发电***,包括矿热电炉1、冷却塔4、循环水泵5、螺杆膨胀机2和发电机3。所说的螺杆膨胀机2设置于矿热电炉1和冷却塔4之间,螺杆膨胀机2与发电机3联接。
经过软化处理的电炉冷却水进入矿热电炉1后,水温可上升至160℃,冷却水量大致会降为30t/h。将带有一定压力和低品位热能的电炉冷却水引入螺杆膨胀机2做功,驱动发电机3进行发电。膨胀机排汽压力降低为0.1MPa,温度为该压力下的饱和温度。循环水经过螺杆膨胀机2做功后输送至原有的冷却塔4进行冷却并继续循环冷却电炉。
