技术领域
本实用新型属于电缆桥架领域,尤其是涉及一种组合式梯式电缆桥架。
背景技术
传统的梯式桥架由两侧梯边与若干根横担焊接而成,梯边上部弯有加强作用的圆弧钩,下部折有折弯边,横担两端头分别趴在梯边下部的折弯边上,然后焊接牢固。由于焊接工作量大,造成供货周期长,同时,由于焊接的特点,在表面处理后,局部易产生气孔或漏镀点,最终造成流黄水现象。在运输时,因其外形占用空间大,但重量相对较轻,使运输费相对提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于运输的组合式梯式电缆桥架。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:组合式梯式电缆桥架,包括横担与下部带有折弯边的梯边;所述梯边上成对的设有相向的压舌,该成对相向的压舌舌尖的距离大于所述横担的宽度,所述的横担的两个端部上分别设有与所述的压舌相配合的卡舌,该卡舌***所述的压舌中实现横担与梯边的固定连接,横担的下端压在梯边下部的折弯边上。
本方案通过在梯边上成对的设置压舌,在横担的端部设置与压舌相配合的卡舌,将所述的卡舌***所述的压舌中实现横担与两个梯边的固定连接,横担的下端压在梯边下部的折弯边上,组合成桥架;从而使得在制造时不再需要将横担与梯边焊接在一起,便于散装运输,有效的降低了运输成本,而且同种高度的梯边可以互换,通用性强。
作为本实用新型的进一步限定,所述的压舌为在梯边上冲压形成开口相向的卡槽,所述的卡舌为在横担的端部将两侧边向外冲压折弯形成的折弯边。
由于压舌为在梯边上冲压形成的开口相向的卡槽,卡舌为在横担端部将两侧边朝外冲压形成,所以在桥架的生产中省去了焊接过程,避免了因焊接引起的变形及各种资源消耗,有效的增加了整体美观性、降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做详细的说明。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型的组合式梯式桥架,包括梯边1与横担2,梯边上成对的设有相向的压舌3,该成对压舌3舌尖之间距离大于横担2的宽度,横担2两个端部上分别设有与所述的压舌3相配合的卡舌4,卡舌4***压舌3中实现横担与两个梯边的固定连接,横担2的下端压在梯边下部的折弯边上,形成组合式梯式电缆桥架。
在实际使用中,梯边1上的压舌3可以采用在梯边1上冲压形成开口相向的卡槽,横担端部的卡舌4可以采用在横担2的端部将两侧边向外冲压折弯形成。安装时,将两根梯边1面对面放好,将横担2两端头的卡舌4依次***梯边上相应的压舌3内,直至横担压到梯边的下折弯边上,即到达最终固定位置。
本实用新型的特点是梯边、横担不再焊接组合,散装发货,货到现场后再进行梯边、横担快速插装。避免了焊接引起的变形,及焊接时的各种资源消耗,节约了成本。同种高度的梯边可互换,通用性强;现场安装时还可先组装梯边再插装横担,可节省大量的安装人力、物力,有效的降低成本。卡装安装方式,通过模具实现,提高生产效率,完善产品质量稳定,标准化程序提高。

1.一种组合式梯式电缆桥架,包括横担与下部带有折弯边的梯边;其特征在于,所述梯边上成对的设有相向的压舌,该成对相向的压舌舌尖的距离大于所述横担的宽度,所述的横担两个端部上分别设有与所述的压舌相配合的卡舌,该卡舌***所述的压舌中实现横担与梯边的固定连接,横担的下端压在梯边下部的折弯边上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的组合式梯式电缆桥架,其特征在于,所述的压舌为在梯边上冲压形成开口相向的卡槽,所述的卡舌为在横担的端部将两侧边向外冲压折弯形成的折弯边。
