本实用新型涉及一种滚动轴承,特别是涉及一种风力发电机中用于偏航的轴承。
背景技术
在风力发电过程中,风力发电机组的风轮应该始终处于迎风状态。即当风向发生变化时,风力发电机组的风轮也同时发生变化。因此,发电机组需要通过由驱动装置及偏航轴承组成的***来实现机舱和塔架的相对转动,偏航轴承的轴承内外圈分别与风力发电机组的机舱和塔架连接。这样使得发电机组的风轮能够准确定位,始终处于迎风状态,充分利用风能进行发电。
现有的轴承不是很紧凑,在风力发电机中安装偏航轴承不方便。有些风力发电偏航轴承的外部处理不够,不那么的经久耐用。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作方便,结构简单、紧凑,定位准确的风力发电偏航轴承。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的风力发电偏航轴承由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架组成,外圈通过钢球与内圈连接,所述的钢球与内圈的连接处横向设置有堵塞,堵塞的另一端固定在内圈的内壁上,堵塞的轴向开有通孔,通孔中***销;至少一组钢球与内圈的连接处横向设置有油嘴;外圈上有轮齿。
采用这样的结构后,整个轴承的结构紧凑,安装便捷,操作方便,在发电机偏航结构中能起到很好的效果。轴承面上热喷涂纯锌,然后再涂上环氧树脂漆。在经过这些外部处理之后,轴承就更加的经久耐用。

具体实施方式
图1所示的风力发电偏航装置由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架组成,外圈通过钢球与内圈连接,所述的钢球与内圈6的连接处横向设置有堵塞8,堵塞8的另一端固定在内圈6的内壁上,堵塞8的轴向开有通孔,通孔中***销7,销7主要起到固定的作用。至少一组钢球3与内圈6的连接处横向设置有油嘴5,可以通过油嘴5对钢球组添加润滑油,外圈1上有轮齿4。每组钢球3有两个,成轴向分布,两者之间是连通的,这样可以提高轴承的抗冲击性能。外圈1与内圈6的连接处安有密封条2,主要是防止润滑油外泄。外圈1上开有螺栓孔,方便整个轴承固定在风力发电机的塔架上。
轴承面上热喷涂纯锌,然后再涂上环氧树脂漆,这样的处理可以使得整个轴承更加的耐用。

Claims (6)

1.一种风力发电偏航轴承,由外圈、内圈、钢球和保持架组成,外圈通过钢球与内圈相连,其特征在于:所述的钢球(3)与内圈(6)的连接处横向设置有堵塞(8),堵塞(8)的另一端固定在内圈(6)的内壁上,堵塞(8)的轴向开有通孔,通孔中***销(7);至少一组钢球(3)与内圈(6)的连接处横向设置有油嘴(5);外圈(1)上有轮齿(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的风力发电偏航轴承,其特征在于:每组钢球(3)有两个,成轴向分布,两者之间是连通的。
3.按照权利要求1所述的风力发电偏航轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)与内圈(6)的连接处安有密封条(2)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的风力发电偏航轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)上开有螺栓孔。
5.按照权利要求1所述的风力发电偏航轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承面上热喷涂纯锌。
6.按照权利要求5所述的风力发电偏航轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承面上涂有环氧树脂漆。
