背景技术
劲性混凝土结构及钢结构在如今的建筑结构形式中已非常普遍，其工程钢结构用钢量大、结构形式多是其主要特点。钢骨柱、转换钢梁、转换大桁架、金属屋面等钢结构形式的应用已非常普遍，钢结构吊装工作量也随之增大，然而在传统吊装方式下钢结构不仅吊装效率低、吊装准备时间长，而且对于现场塔吊依赖非常严重，常常与土建施工产生明显冲突，对于工程的整体进度常常带来负面影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，能在钢骨梁、转换钢梁、转换桁架吊装过程中，通过使用可拆卸吊具提高钢结构吊装效率，增加钢构件吊装安全性、稳定性，保证了钢结构施工进度、缩短了施工工期，减轻了对塔吊的依赖。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述吊装夹具包括两块吊夹板和连接板；所述吊夹板下部设有长方形凹槽，吊夹板上部设有卸扣孔，两块吊夹板通过连接板连接成一体。
所述连接板和吊夹板上设有连接孔，通过高强螺栓连接。
所述连接板固定在两块吊夹板的中部。
所述吊夹板上部的卸扣孔连接卸扣，卸扣上连接吊装钢丝绳。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示，一种可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述吊装夹具包括两块吊夹板1和连接板；所述吊夹板1下部设有长方形凹槽5，吊夹板1上部设有卸扣孔3，两块吊夹板1通过连接板2连接成一体。
所述连接板2和吊夹板1上设有连接孔4，通过高强螺栓连接。
所述连接板2固定在两块吊夹板1的中部。
所述吊夹板1上部的卸扣孔3连接卸扣，卸扣上连接吊装钢丝绳。
所述每块吊夹板凹槽5槽口下沿比上沿短40-50毫米。
所述每块吊夹板凹槽5槽口对应***钢结构上翼缘板直至腹板。
吊夹板1：可拆卸式吊夹采用Q345B低合金钢制作而成，板厚30mm，上开直径40mm卸扣孔3两个，吊装孔距构件外边距离80mm，保证钢丝绳卸扣连接。吊夹下部开槽，槽宽70mm，槽长700mm。
连接板2：连接板采用Q345B钢加工成，板厚20mm，上开直径26mm连接孔六个。
高强螺栓：吊夹板与连接板通过10.9级M24高强螺栓、螺母、垫片连接，螺栓长75mm，直径为24mm。
钢丝绳卸扣：采用D型卸扣，根据构件重量选择卸扣具体型号。
具体实施过程如下：(1)将钢构件立放置平坦地面上，确定构件一侧吊点后以钢构件腹板为界，将吊架板下部凹槽对准构件上翼缘板***；(2)调整两块吊架板1在同一平面后通过六个高强螺栓将一块连接板2固定在吊架板1上，两块吊架板1左右各三个高强螺栓，固定完毕后在将另一块连接板固定在吊架板另外一侧；(3)连接板固定好后用配套的垫圈及螺帽拧紧、固定，使连接板2与吊架板1之间连接紧密；(4)将卸扣***吊架板上部的卸扣孔3；(5)将钢丝绳两端分别套入卸扣并拧紧卸扣；(6)重复以上1-5步骤进行另外一侧吊点的吊具安装；(7)两侧吊具均安装完毕后可进入钢结构吊装环节。

1.一种可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述吊装夹具包括两块吊夹板和连接板；所述吊夹板下部设有长方形凹槽，吊夹板上部设有卸扣孔，两块吊夹板通过连接板连接成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述连接板和吊夹板上设有连接孔，通过高强螺栓连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述连接板固定在两块吊夹板的中部。
4.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述吊夹板上部的卸扣孔连接卸扣，卸扣上连接吊装钢丝绳。
5.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述每块吊夹板凹槽槽口下沿比上沿短40-50毫米。
6.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式钢结构吊装夹具，其特征在于：所述每块吊夹板凹槽槽口对应***钢结构上翼缘板直至腹板。
