本实用新型属建筑材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种聚氨酯硬泡板材。
背景技术：
目前建筑墙体用的聚氨酯硬泡板材一种是采用大型模具发泡后再进行切割的方法生产出来。其板面残留料粉影响粘贴质量，达不到国家规定的粘结指标；另一种是在连续生产线上采用表面带复合材料的方法直接生产的板材。这种板材在使用时往往有粘接不牢的现象，就直接影响到与墙体的粘接强度造成脱落，而达不到国家规定的粘结指标。
发明内容：
为克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种生产简单，且粘接牢固的聚氨酯硬泡板材。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的工艺技术是：该聚氨酯硬泡板材包括有聚氨酯硬泡基板，在基板的上、下表面设有凹凸不平的花纹。该聚氨酯硬泡板材是用压制机一次压制成型的。
本实用新型生产工艺简单，大大提高了保温板与墙体的粘结强度。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该聚氨酯硬泡板材包括有聚氨酯硬泡基板1，在基板1的上表面2、下表面3上分别设有凹凸不平的花纹4。该聚氨酯硬泡板材是在聚氨酯硬泡材料的上、下分别设置模板，用压制机一次压制成型的。

1.一种聚氨酯硬泡板材，包括有聚氨酯硬泡基板(1)，其特征是在基板(1)的上表面(2)、下表面(3)上分别设有凹凸不平的花纹(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所说的聚氨酯硬泡板材，其特征是该聚氨酯硬泡板材是用压制机一次压制成型的。
