背景技术
目前，有机氯硅烷醇解工艺一般采用塔式醇解反应器，为了使反应液体在塔内分布均匀，接触更充分，因此有必要在物料进入塔器后经过分布器。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种解决了上述缺陷的，可以使反应物料均匀分布进入化工塔的化工塔用分布器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种化工塔用分布器，其特征在于：包括分布器，分布器为圆盘形结构，中间设有凹槽，凹槽上均匀分布有多个通孔。
所述的分布器的直径与化工塔的内径相同。
分布器采用耐腐蚀的材料制成，如塑料等。
使用时，将分布器安装在化工塔上部的进料口下方，反应物料经过分布器后，均匀的进入化工塔底部进行反应。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：化工塔用分布器通过凹槽上均匀分布的通孔使反应物料均匀分布进入化工塔底部进行反应，接触更充分，提高了反应效率，保证了产品质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1～2所示，分布器1为圆盘形结构，中间设有凹槽2，凹槽2上均匀分布有多个通孔3，分布器1的直径与化工塔的内径相同。
使用时，将分布器1安装在化工塔上部的进料口下方，反应物料经过分布器1后，均匀的进入化工塔底部进行反应。
