落地窗内置式太阳能热水器属家用太阳能热水设备技术领域,涉及一种家用太阳能热水器,主要是将真空玻璃管太阳能热水器改制成竖向联箱横置真空玻璃集热管形式,使其方便的安装于各种住宅南向落地窗内、阳台栏板外或南墙外,解决顶层以下有落地窗的住户根本不能安装、阳台栏板外不便安装和使用太阳能热水器的问题。因此,该产品具有可代替落地窗内的防护栏杆、不影响楼外部美观、不受小区物业的限制、可任意楼层安装、且安装简单、使用方便、维修方便、避雷安全、防风保温、四季能用、不需承压、可单根上下水管安装等多项优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属家用太阳能热水设备,可在落地窗内、阳台有栏板的外侧或窗户下的实墙外等场合安装使用。
背景技术
目前,家用太阳能热水设备种类繁多,但都是安装在屋顶上、墙壁上、阳台栏板上的整体或分体承压式的太阳能热水器,而随着城市建设的快速发展和人民群众物质文化生活的不断提高,新建高层落地窗阳台、客厅住宅越来越多,因无阳台栏板、外墙少且楼层高,原有的各种形式的太阳能热水器均无法安装。因此,虽然太阳能热水器生产厂家众多,均无法落实全国各地政府强制安装太阳能热水器的政策,无法达到建筑节能的要求。而能解决此难题的落地窗内置式太阳能热水器至今在国内外的文献中还未见报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是将真空管太阳能热水器改变成联箱竖向两侧真空管横置形式,安装于用户自家阳台或客厅落地窗内侧,使其达到一年四季晴天产热水,阴天保温有热水的效果,解决任意楼层落地窗住户无法安装和使用太阳能热水器的难题。
上述目的是这样实现的:矩形保温联箱的两侧,竖向横置有10-50支之间的真空玻璃集热管;真空玻璃集热管的上部是与玻璃管直径相近的装饰不锈钢管;真空玻璃集热管的开口端***矩形保温联箱不锈钢内箱上的硅胶圈孔内,真空玻璃集热管出联箱外壳处有防尘装饰圈;真空玻璃集热管的封口端分别***两边竖向安装的金属托架上放置的塑料管托内;不锈钢管的一端分别***矩形保温联箱两侧的保温层内,不锈钢管出联箱外壳处装有硅胶圈和防尘装饰圈,另一端分别***两边竖向安装的金属托架内,进口处装防尘装饰圈;矩形保温联箱顶上有溢流排气管头、下部一侧设有电加热器 安装孔和进出水管头;矩形保温联箱左右两侧下部有角钢、拉铆钉和膨胀螺栓固定,两边竖向安装的金属托架也由角钢、拉铆钉和膨胀螺栓固定。落地窗宽度不同时,其真空玻璃管的长度可适当变化。安装在阳台栏板外或实墙上时,角钢支架可相应变化。
本实用新型的优点在于:可代替落地窗内的防护栏杆、不影响楼外部的美观,不受小区物业的限制、可任意楼层安装、安装简单、使用方便、维修方便、避雷安全、防风保温、四季能用等。

该设备的中间是矩形保温联箱外壳1,外壳1内是保温层4,保温层4内是不锈钢内箱2,外壳1和内箱2两侧竖向对应横置有真空玻璃集热管8,集热管8上是与集热管直径相近的装饰不锈钢管13,集热管8开口端***外壳1上的防尘圈7和内箱2上的硅胶圈3内,集热管8的封口端分别***两边竖向安装的金属托架10上放置的塑料管托9内,不锈钢管13的一端分别***矩形保温联箱的保温层4内,不锈钢管13出外壳1处有硅胶圈和防尘装饰圈15,不锈钢管13的另一端分别***两边竖向安装的金属托架10内,靠近托架10处有装饰防尘圈20,矩形保温联箱顶上有溢流排气管14,下部一侧有电加热器安装孔17和进(出)水管头18,矩形保温水箱外壳1的左右两侧下部有角钢5,角钢5与外壳1用拉铆钉19拉接,角钢5向下有膨胀螺栓6固定;两边竖向安装的金属托架10有角钢11用拉铆钉16固定,角钢11与墙面用膨胀螺栓12固定,落地窗两侧无墙时角钢11、拉铆钉16和膨胀螺栓6可改在地面固定,落地窗宽度不同时真空玻璃管8的长度可适当变化。
