背景技术
无锁孔智能遥控门锁是一种新兴的用于防盗门的门锁***,该门锁没有外露的锁孔,门锁的开关全部由门内的微电脑控制,所以能有效防止不法分子利用技术手段制造万能钥匙开启门锁和锁眼被人恶意注入胶水而导致门无法打开的情况。目前已知的无锁孔智能遥控门锁的锁芯机构其设计以及在门锁开关过程中存在以下一些问题:
1.未专门设计锁芯来回移动的轨道,而是简单地将锁芯钢板嵌入一直线槽中来作为锁芯移动的轨道,这导致门锁在长时间频繁使用的过程中锁芯钢板与直线槽容易磨损,使锁芯移动变得不灵活,产生卡死现象;
2.锁芯机构主电机和备份电机的安装位置在空间呈串列排列,增加了整个锁芯机构的空间尺寸,使其对不同的门的安装适应性降低;
3.目前已知的无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构没有设计人工应急开启装置,这样在出现门锁微电脑、动作电机全部发生故障或者遭遇地震等不可抗外力导致的门锁自动动作装置失效等特殊情况下门就处于锁死状态,给人带来不必要的麻烦,甚至使门内之人处于危险的境地。
发明内容
为了克服无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构移动轨道处容易磨损卡死、空间尺寸偏大以及特殊情况下门容易锁死的不足,本实用新型提出一种无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构,该机构采用专用直线轴承作为锁芯移动的轨道,不但使锁芯移动灵活,而且也便于后期维护。该机构采用梯形丝杆作为锁芯直线位移机构,并将主电机和备份电机并列排列,充分利用安装空间,减小机构尺寸;同时,该锁芯机构还设计了人工应急开启装置,该装置供门内之人在紧急状态下人工打开门锁,打开动作简单且可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所用的技术方案是:在锁芯机构主电机对应的上滑板与中滑板之间的移动轨道和备份电机对应的上滑板与底板之间的移动轨道设计安装直线位移轴承,并充分利用安装空间将两对直线位移轴承交错排列,使机构结构紧凑。采用具有自锁特性的梯形丝杆作为锁芯直线位移机构,从而保证锁头锁门的可靠性。人工应急开启装置采用弹簧销,正常情况下,弹簧销被压下并穿过底板与外壳上对应的孔,此时整个锁体不能横向移动以保证锁头锁门的可靠性。在紧急情况下,门内的人可按下弹簧销上的按钮,弹簧销弹起,使底板与外壳脱离联系,此时锁体可在人工作用下沿着横向后移,使门解锁。

图1中在门锁机构正常工作状态下,主电机6通过梯形丝杆11带动中滑板12作往返直线移动,中滑板的移动带动锁销1前进和后退,从而实现门锁的开和关。中滑板9直线移动的轨道由直线轴承3与上滑板上的直线光轴来承担。如主电机在工作过程中出现故障,则启动备份电机7,备份电机7通过梯形丝杆8带动上滑板5作来回直线移动,上滑板5的移动再带动中滑板9的移动,则同样能实现门锁的开和关。上滑板5直线移动的轨道由直线轴承10与底板15上的直线光轴来承担。
图2中在特殊情况下,如门锁微电脑、动作电机全部发生故障或者遭遇地震等不可抗外力导致的门锁自动动作装置失效等,则门内之人可通过门内侧的开孔,按动弹簧插销按钮14,此时弹簧插销13弹起,使底板15与外壳16断开连接,这样人工可沿着横向往后推弹簧插销13,弹簧插销13带动底板15后退,底板15带动整个锁体都作横向后退,从而实现人工迅速开锁。

1.一种无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构,该机构采用专用直线轴承作为锁芯移动的轨道,采用梯形丝杆作为锁芯直线位移的驱动机构,并将主电机和备份电机并列排列,充分利用安装空间,减小机构尺寸;同时,该锁芯机构还具有人工应急开启装置,该装置供门内之人在紧急状态下人工打开门锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构,其特征是在锁芯机构主电机对应的上滑板与中滑板之间的移动轨道和备份电机对应的上滑板与底板之间的移动轨道设计安装直线位移轴承,并充分利用安装空间将两对直线位移轴承交错排列,使机构结构紧凑。采用具有自锁特性的梯形丝杆作为锁芯直线位移驱动机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无锁孔智能遥控门锁锁芯机构,其特征是人工应急开启装置采用弹簧销。在紧急情况下,门内的人可按下弹簧销上的按钮,弹簧销弹起,使底板与外壳脱离联系,此时锁体可在人工作用下沿着横向后移,使门解锁。
