Abstract

本实用新型盾构机切刀,属于盾构机刀具领域。通过在刀体的上部斜面上开设两个用以钎焊硬质合金条,前、后贯通的凹槽,顺时针工作的切刀,在刀体前面开设一个安装大硬质合金块的槽;逆时针工作的切刀,在刀体后面开设一个安装大硬质合金块的槽。硬质合金条安装钎焊在刀体的凹槽内。大硬质合金块,跟随顺时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体前面的槽上;跟随逆时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体后面的槽上。使刀体上部斜面及主工作部位得到加强,从而使使用寿命延长。

本实用新型属于盾构机刀具领域,为盾构机易损配件,具体说是一种改进的盾构机圆周切刀。 
背景技术
盾构机切刀安装在盾构机刀盘的切刀座上,协同多种刀具作业,一起完成地铁等隧道的开挖、掘进施工。现在的盾构机切刀,没有在刀体上部斜面上钎焊硬质合金条;没有在主工作部位安装钎焊大硬质合金块,刀体上部斜面和主工作部位磨损快,工作寿命短。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,适应地质条件广泛,上部斜面耐磨损,工作寿命长的切刀。 
本实用新型是这样实现的: 
在刀体的上部斜面上开设两个用以钎焊硬质合金条,前、后贯通的凹槽,顺时针工作的切刀,在刀体前面开设一个安装大硬质合金块的槽;逆时针工作的切刀,在刀体后面开设一个安装大硬质合金块的槽。硬质合金条安装钎焊在刀体的凹槽内,其前、后端面与刀体的端面持平,硬质合金条可以是两个硬质合金体的组合。大硬质合金块,跟随顺时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体前面的槽上;跟随逆时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体后面的槽上。使刀体上部斜面及主工作部位得到加强,使用寿命延长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明: 
如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型主要包括硬质合金块2外的刀体,在刀体1的上部斜面处开设两个斜置的凹槽,凹槽前、后贯通,用来钎焊硬质合金条4;钎焊好的硬质合金条4的前、后端面与刀体1持平;硬质合金条4可以是两个以上的硬质合金体的组合;跟随顺时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,在前面开设一个安装大硬质合金块5的槽;如图4、5所示,跟随刀盘逆时针转动工作的切刀,在后面开设一个安装大硬质合金块5的槽,大硬质合金块5安装钎焊在刀体1的槽上。在刀体1的表面上堆焊较厚的耐磨层3。这样刀体1的上斜面就得到有效保护,可避免硬质合金块2过早损坏,增设的大硬质合金块5使切刀主工作部位得到加强,延长了切刀使用寿命。

1.盾构机切刀,主要包括除硬质合金块(2)、大硬质合金块(5)、耐磨层(3)以外的刀体(1),其特征为:在刀体(1)的上部斜面上开设两个用以钎焊硬质合金条(4),前、后贯通的凹槽,顺时针工作的切刀,在刀体(1)前面开设一个安装大硬质合金块(5)的槽;逆时针工作的切刀,在刀体(1)后面开设一个安装大硬质合金块(5)的槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盾构机切刀,其特征在于:所述硬质合金条(4)安装钎焊在刀体(1)凹槽内,其前、后端面与刀体(1)的端面持平,硬质合金条(4)可以是两个硬质合金体的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的盾构机切刀,其特征在于:所述大硬质合金块(5),跟随顺时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体(1)前面的槽上;跟随逆时针转动刀盘工作的切刀,安装钎焊在刀体(1)后面的槽上。
