背景技术  目前，在大型企业、学校或者酒店用餐时，经常会使用餐盘来盛放食物。而曾有和现有的餐盘，全部使用不锈钢或者树脂材料一次性压膜成型，此种结构虽能盛放食物，但其内部的盛放空间固定不便，人们无法根据需求而自主改变。另外，现在的餐盘也不便于把持和移动，一旦餐盘导热后温度较高，人们在把持餐盘时很容易导致烫伤事故。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种增加把持稳定性、可改变盛放容量的可调式餐盘。
本实用新型主要包括盘体，盘体为长方形结构，顶面加工多个凹面，在盘体的对称两侧分别安装把手；在盘体底面边角处通过旋钮转动连接托盘，托盘处于盘体下表面。
正常使用时，使用者将托盘旋转至盘体底面，保持盘体的整体美观性；扩大承装量时，使用者从盘底旋转转出托盘，在托盘上放置食物，从而扩大了盘体的整体承载量。搬运时，使用者双手分握盘体两侧的把手，避免手部与盘体直接接触，既增加了把持稳定性，又能避免烫伤事故。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构合理、使用方便、工艺简单，增加稳定性，避免根据需要改变承载量。
