背景技术
当变压器的初级绕组通电后,线圈所产生的磁通在铁芯流动,因为铁芯本身也是导体,在垂直于磁力线的平面上就会感应电势,这个电势在铁芯的断面上形成闭合回路并产生电流。这个“涡流”使变压器的损耗增加,并且使变压器的铁芯发热,变压器的温度增加。由“涡流”所产生的损耗我们称为“铁损”。变压器的温度达到一定以后会造成严重的安全是事故。
发明内容
本实用新型正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种经济、高效、准确的变压器铁芯检测装置。
本实用新型的具体技术方案为:
变压器铁芯检测装置,它由温度探头、数据线、温度数显器、无线报警发生器组成,其特征在于:温度探头设置在变压器铁芯内,温度探头通过数据线连接温度数显器,温度数显器连接无线报警发生器。
“涡流”使变压器的损耗增加,并且使变压器的铁芯发热,温度探头将测量的温度数据传递给温度数显器,通过线报警发生器及时报告变压器的状况,根据变压器的温度可预先性进行处理防止事故发生。
