Abstract
钢丝绳表面附着物的清除装置，主要用于焦化厂干熄焦提升机的钢丝绳表面附着物的清除，它包括两块钢板，其特征是每块钢板上均设有弹性块，弹性块上设有弧形凹槽，两个弹性块的弧形凹槽对称设置构成圆形孔。将本实用新型通过角钢与提升机的卷筒两侧的钢板固定连接在一起，钢丝绳在上下传动的过程中将其表面的微细颗粒被弹性块刮掉，被清除过微细颗粒的钢丝绳就进入绳槽和滑轮，就可以避免微细颗粒磨损滑轮，从而延长滑轮的使用寿命。

背景技术：
焦化厂干熄焦提升机的钢丝绳，由于其工作环境受到粉尘、油污的污染，在钢丝绳的表面粘附一层微细颗粒。当钢丝绳经过滑轮组时，微细颗粒与滑轮产生摩擦，导致滑轮和钢丝绳受到磨损，影响钢丝绳和滑轮的使用寿命。
发明内容：
为了防止滑轮被钢丝绳表面的微细颗粒磨损，从而延长其使用寿命，本实用新型提供一种钢丝绳表面附着物的清除装置。
本实用新型包括两块钢板，其特征是每块钢板上均设有弹性块，弹性块上设有若干个弧形凹槽，两个弹性块的弧形凹槽对称设置构成圆形孔。
将本实用新型通过角钢与提升机的卷筒两侧的钢板固定连接在一起，钢丝绳在上下传动的过程中将其表面的微细颗粒被弹性块刮掉，被清除过微细颗粒的钢丝绳就进入绳槽和滑轮，就可以避免微细颗粒磨损滑轮，从而延长滑轮的使用寿命。
