背景技术
现有对电器化铁路导线进行固定和安装的装置一般结构都不够合理，使用时间长会对导线造成损害，也不能很好的对导线进行固定，易松动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于完全替代进口，在使用性能上更加优越现有技术而提供一种结构简单，使用方便的夹线装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种夹线装置，包括呈C形的夹线卡座1，在C形的夹线卡座上设有中部夹板，中部夹板将C形夹线卡座围成的C形空间分隔为两个插线孔。
进一步，所述的C形的夹线卡座的内棱边为圆弧状。这种圆弧状使压装铜绞线时接触良好，且不易伤害铜绞线表面。
进一步，所述的中部夹板呈长条状，长条形中部夹板的两个长边呈圆弧状，长条形中部夹板的至少一个短边与夹线卡座活动连接。中部夹板保证两条铜绞线紧密接触，并且有足够的滑移负荷。
进一步，在所述的C形夹线卡座上，靠近C形开口的外棱边上设有压装缺口，方便铜绞线的装配。缺口大小直接影响压装铜绞线的松紧，是否有足够的滑移负荷。
进一步，所述的C形夹线卡座是由无氧铜制成。通过铸锭、挤压、拉伸、锯切、机加、热处理、酸洗、检验等工序完成。 
本实用新型的有益效果是： 结构简单，使用方便，成本低，在使用时，受力合理，不易松动，更加实用。

实施例1：如图1，图2所示，一种夹线装置，包括呈C形的夹线卡座1，在C形的夹线卡座1上设有中部夹板2，中部夹板2将C形夹线卡座1围成的C形空间分隔为第一插线孔11和第二插线孔12。所述的C形的夹线卡座1的内棱边为圆弧状。所述的中部夹板2呈长条状，长条形中部夹板的两个长边呈圆弧状，长条形中部夹板的一个短边与夹线卡座活动连接。在所述的C形夹线卡座1上，靠近C形开口的外棱边上设有压装缺口5，方便压装。所述的C形夹线卡座是由无氧铜制成 。在图2中所述的夹线装置将一根软铜绞线3和一根硬铜绞线4装压。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种夹线装置，其特征在于，所述的中部夹板呈长条状，长条形中部夹板的两个长边呈圆弧状，长条形中部夹板的至少一个短边与夹线卡座活动连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种夹线装置，其特征在于，在所述的C形夹线卡座上，靠近C形开口的外棱边上设有压装缺口。
5.如权利要求1至4任一所述的一种夹线装置，其特征在于，所述的C形夹线卡座是由无氧铜制成。
