本实用新型涉及一种太阳能光伏***,特别是一种整体排水式光伏安装结构。
背景技术
斜屋面(瓦片屋面)安装太阳能光伏***光伏组件,其安装形式基本采用外挂式或者内嵌式,其中外挂式通过将光伏***安装在瓦片等原有覆盖层上方,光伏***的防水是由原有的覆盖层完成的;而内嵌式则直接以光伏***上端面作为排水面。其不足之处是:外挂式安装方式对光伏***的安装要求较高,结构复杂;内嵌式安装方式对光伏组件拼接要求较高,且拼接处由于长期受日晒雨淋而老化渗水。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了避免背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种安装简易,防水、排水功能好的整体排水式光伏安装结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:整体排水式光伏安装结构,包括太阳能光伏板和排水***,所述排水***由中间排水层构成,太阳能光伏板架设在中间排水层上方,中间排水层的上端、左端和右端分别置于瓦片的下方,其下端置于下侧瓦片的上方。
对于本实用新型的一种优化,所述太阳能光伏板通过支撑铝轨与中间排水层连接,支撑铝轨与太阳能光伏板通过压块夹持连接,其下端通过螺栓与中间排水层连接。
对于本实用新型的一种优化,中间排水层与螺栓连接处设有防止雨水渗入中间排水层下方的凸台,凸台中部设有与螺栓啮合的螺纹孔。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,具有结构简单、安装和调整方便,利用中间防水层实现了防水、排水,使光伏***与屋面融为一体。

实施例1:参照图1。整体排水式光伏安装结构,包括太阳能光伏板3和排水***,所述排水***由中间排水层2构成,太阳能光伏板3架设在中间排水层2上方,中间排水层2的上端、左端和右端分别置于瓦片1的下方,其下端置于下侧瓦片1的上方。所述太阳能光伏板3通过支撑铝轨5与中间排水层2连接,支撑铝轨5与太阳能光伏板3通过压块4夹持连接,其下端通过螺栓6与中间排水层2连接。中间排水层2与螺栓6的连接处设有防止雨水渗入中间排水层2下方的凸台2a,凸台2a的中部设有与螺栓6啮合的螺纹孔。
