本实用新型的目的是设计出一种保温杯。
本实用新型要解决的是现有一些保温杯，设计简单，保温效果差，用法单一的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括不锈钢杯体、不锈钢杯体上口旋有杯盖、不锈钢杯体内装有内胆，内胆上口设有外折边，外折边下部的内胆外圈上套有硅胶固定圈，不锈钢杯体内部有一圈凸起环形结构；内胆通过外折边搁在不锈钢杯体的杯口上，硅胶固定圈的下部卡在凸起环形结构上。
本实用新型的优点是：结构设计合理，保温效果好，功能多样，用法多种，清洗方便。本实用新型的内胆可以单独取下来作为杯子使用，取下内胆后的不锈钢杯体也可以作为杯子使用。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示，本实用新型不锈钢杯体5、不锈钢杯体5上口旋有杯盖1、不锈钢杯体5内装有内胆4，内胆4上口设有外折边8，外折边8下部的内胆4外圈上套有硅胶固定圈3，不锈钢杯体5内部有一圈凸起环形结构12；内胆4通过外折边8搁在不锈钢杯体5的杯口9上，硅胶固定圈3的下部卡在凸起环形结构12上。
杯盖1内壁上设有内螺纹10，不锈钢杯体5的杯口9处设有外螺纹11，杯盖1通过内螺纹10旋于不锈钢杯体5的外螺纹11上。杯盖1内侧套有硅胶密封圈2，杯盖1底侧中部设有硅胶排气阀7。不锈钢杯体5底部嵌有底垫圈6。不锈钢杯体5的外壁上设有第一柄头13、第二柄头17、第一不锈钢螺丝14、第二不锈钢螺丝16和手柄15，手柄15通过第一不锈钢螺丝14和第二不锈钢螺丝16固定于第一柄头13和第二柄头17上。所述的内胆4为骨瓷内胆。
本实用新型的用法如下：
用法1：如图1所示，将骨瓷内胆至于杯体内，做为一个整体杯子使用。
用法2：把骨瓷内胆拿出来，单独做为杯子使用。
用法3：把骨瓷内胆拿出来，单独把杯体作为杯子使用。

1.一种保温杯，包括不锈钢杯体、不锈钢杯体上口旋有杯盖、不锈钢杯体内装有内胆，其特征在于内胆上口设有外折边，外折边下部的内胆外圈上套有硅胶固定圈，不锈钢杯体内部有一圈凸起环形结构；内胆通过外折边搁在不锈钢杯体的杯口上，硅胶固定圈的下部卡在凸起环形结构上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温杯，其特征在于杯盖内壁上设有内螺纹，不锈钢杯体的杯口处设有外螺纹，杯盖通过内螺纹旋于不锈钢杯体的外螺纹上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温杯，其特征在于杯盖内侧套有硅胶密封圈，杯盖底侧中部设有硅胶排气阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温杯，其特征在于不锈钢杯体底部嵌有底垫圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温杯，其特征在于不锈钢杯体的外壁上设有第一柄头、第二柄头、第一不锈钢螺丝、第二不锈钢螺丝和手柄，手柄通过第一不锈钢螺丝和第二不锈钢螺丝固定于第一柄头和第二柄头上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温杯，其特征在于所述的内胆为骨瓷内胆。
